Questions And Answers

Personal Questions - Questions about myself.

Q1 - What is your name?

A - tO_x-in....... Okay, I know what you're asking. So you want my actual, legal name, do you? I've actually told one or two people on Wattpad through private messaging and then there's my one friend who introduced me to Wattpad so we have a grand total of three people who know my name on this platform. Should I let it be known to everyone at this moment? How about this: I won't say it quite yet, but I promise my name will be here before I officially mark this story as complete.

Q2 - How old are you?

A - As of 2019, I am 19 years old. If you ever want to know my age, take the last two numbers of the current year and there you go!

Q3 - Where are you from?

A - The Caribbean, specifically a twin island state in the Lesser Antilles known as Trinidad and Tobago. It lies just off the coast of Venezuela. I've spent all of my life in this country. It's my motherland; my home.

Q4 - Are you male or female?

A - Male. Wait... hold on a second, let me just double check... Okay, yes. I've confirmed that I am indeed a male.

Q5 - Are you still in school/college? What level are you studing at? Do you/did you/will you do courses in Writing, Literature and Language?

A - Yes, I am still in school. I've only recently completed the Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examinations (C.A.P.E. which is essentially an equivalent of the GCE Advanced Level exams) taken at the end of the Sixth Form. Thus, I'm at that awkward middle ground where I just left my Secondary School and am currently awaiting word from Universities. Did i do courses in Writing, Literature and Language? Well Language and Literature (English A and English B) were both mandatory subjects until the C.S.E.C. level (GCSE O-Level Equivalent) and Communication Studies, which is basically advanced English Language, was mandatory at the C.A.P.E. Level. Outside of these however, I haven't actually studied any such subjects nor have I ever wanted to pursue such academic courses. Rather, my subjects of choice st the Advanced Level were the Sciences; Biology, Chemistry and Environmental Science to be specific. I've currently applied to the University of the West Indies to join their DVM Courses (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) and I am currently awaiting their feedback on my application. Personally, I've found Writing and English courses to be a hindrance more than anything, particularly when it comes to writing works of fiction. Writing is an art that allows one to express their ideas, creativity and thoughts in words. No one can teach us how to use our own creativity. We must find it ourselves.
