Breakup

I wobbled into the house after a long day at work.

I was feeling soo much regret
I just wanted to cuddle with Nagisa and forget everything.

I'm sure if he knew he would be upset, so I don't plan on telling him

I made my way to the living room.
There I saw Nagisa, sitting on the sofa, hugging his knees

As I got closer I heard him crying
"Nagisa?"
"...Why"
"..."
"Nagisa? What's wrong?"
He stood up and looked at him
Only not with the warm, caring eyes he always had.
He looked pissed
"N-Nagisa?"
"Where were you?"
"A-At work" I told him, not fully telling him the truth
"Anywhere else"
"N-No"
"..."
He only glared before walking passed me, heading upstairs.

My heart was beating

Did he find out?
No, he couldn't have

I followed Nagisa into the bedroom and saw him packing his things
"What are you doing?!"
"I'm leaving"
"Why?!"
He looked up
"You lied right to my face!"
My eyes widened

So he did know

"Nagisa I can explain"
"You don't need to!" He began taking his belongings and headed downstairs
"Nagisa please!" I followed
"I should have known. Why would you love me? You could clearly do better"
"No! You're the only one I love!"
"Then why are you kissing Asano in this photo!"
He took out his phone and showed a picture of me and Asano kissing
"Nagisa, I I had a long day at work and needed to clear my mind"
"With Asano?"
"I didn't know he was there!"
"Then how'd you end up kissing him!?"
"I I had too much to drink"
"...."
"...."
It was silent

"Did I make your life that miserable?"
"Eh?"
"So miserable you'd rather go to a bar and drink your troubles away rather than talk to me about them..."
"Nagi-"
"Was I the only happy one with this relationship?"
"No Nagisa!"
"Whenever I left work I was soo happy, because I knew I got to spend time with you...I guess I was the only one"
"Nagisa please! It was a stupid mistake!"
"It's fine Karma"
"..."
"You don't have to live this miserable life anymore....it's over"
"Nagisa please! It was a mistake! I love you!"
"Stop lying" he said before walking out the door

I wanted to ran after him, but my legs wouldn't move
"Nagisa!!!"

A/N: I was going to make this Karma's dream and make it a happy ending, but I feel like all the other ones have a happy ending.
It was time to make a bad ending. 👿
