Nagisa pov
It's been a couple of months since Karma and I have gotten married, and almost everyday we have s*x.  I didn't hate it though. I was always glad when Karma offered.

Tonight was a little different though. Karma came home drunk and things got a little reckless...I didn't mind it though, I enjoyed it.

But a few weeks following that night I woke up feeling sick to my stomach.
"!!!"
I quickly got out of bed and ran to the bathroom
*pant *pant *pant
"Nagisa? Are you ok?" I heard Karma behind me
I wiped my mouth with my sleeve looked up at him
"Yeah, don't worry" I smiled
"...."
He didn't seem convinced at all and walked up to me, picking me up and taking me back to bed
"Stay right here, I'll get you some medicine"
"Y-You don't have to"
All of a sudden he placed a light kiss on my forehead
"Let me take care of my cute little wife"
I could only look away in embarrassment
"Idiot"
He only chuckled in response
"I'll be back"

The following morning I woke up still feeling unwell.
I was extremely light headed and too tired to even get out of bed.
"I'm taking you to the hospital" karma said, lifting the blanket off of me and picking me up
"Dont exaggerate Karma, it's no big deal. It's probably just a flu"
"Fine" he agreed and sat me down on the small couch next to the bed
"But at least eat something, you didn't eat anything yesterday"
"Ok"

I was back in bed waiting for Karma to return.
He had insisted that I stay while he made breakfast.
I couldn't help but smile to myself.
Karma was so kind, I still wonder why he chose me.
Was it cause I was an Omega?

When I was in the middle of my thoughts Karma entered the room with my breakfast.
"What's on your mind?" He asked
"I can't seem to hide anything from you" I chuckled
He placed the food on the table next to the bed and placed a light kiss on my lips
"I know you Nagisa, we grew up together"
"Then is that why you married me? Or was it becasue I'm an Omega?"
"That's what's been bothering you?"
I nodded my head and looked away in embarrassment.
It was silly to feel like this, but I couldn't help but wonder
"....."
Karma then sat infront of me and held my hand
"You don't have to worry Nagisa. I didn't marry you because we grew up together, or becasue you're an Omega...I married you because you were different from everyone else, you accepted the real me"
I couldn't help but smile after hearing Karma say those words. I was glad that he truly loved me and I'm glad that he married me.

Karma pov
About 2 weeks have gone by and Nagisa's health still hadn't improved.
It was only getting worse.
Everyday he was getting weaker and he was losing his appetite.
I wish I was able to stay by his side everyday, but my job has been taking most of my time.

It wasn't until I couldn't bare seeing Nagisa in such a state anymore
"That's it! I'm taking you to the hospital!" I stood up from the sofa
"Karma right now you need to focus on the company, besides you're in the middle of making an alliance with-"
"How can I worry about that when you're in soo much pain" I interrupted
"You focus on your job and I'll go to the doctor"
"But what if someone-"
"Dont sorry Karma I'll be fine"
"....fine" I agreed after seeing how calm he was

Nagisa pov

"Have you been sexually active?" The doctor asked, looking down at his board
"Yes, but we stopped after I started feeling  unwell" I replied
"And how long have you been feeling like this"
"About 2 weeks"
"I see" he noted a few things and looked up at me
"I'll be back after checking on your results"
"Thank you" I lowered my head as he walked out
