Chapter 30; Jaxon Davis

"Hey, girls, where are you two going?" I heard my brother asked as he walked down the stairs, Kat and I were already heading out the door.

"Hey, A. We're going to the mall for a look around, want anything?" I asked, glancing at him.

He shakes his head. "No, thanks. Have fun and be safe! Call me if you guys need me."

"Thanks, A! Love you!"

"Love you too!" I heard him yell before I closed the door and Kat skipped towards the car.

We eventually find a park in the mall parking spot, and damn, it's hard to find. "That took forever!" I say, exiting the car and so does Kat, locking the car. The malls were huge.

"I know, welcome to LA shopping center," Kat says, opening her arms wide making me giggle. "Honestly, I'm kind of sick the LA mall."

"Why did we go here then?"

"Because you haven't been, duh."

"True, can we get some Krispy Kreme?" I asked as we entered the mall and some amazing smells hit me. "McDonald's! Burger King- Kat, stop me."

She lets out a laugh. "We can go to all three places if you'd like,"

I beam at her. "Really?"

"Can you touch my hand? I want to tell my friends I've been touched by an angel." I looked up and saw a boy standing there, looking down at me eating my McDonald's.

I let out a giggle, rolling my eyes. "Cute," I say.

"Wait, let me try another one. I've lost my teddy bear! Can I sleep with you instead?" I studied the boy, I hear Kat giggling beside me, this boy had brown hair, dark brown chocolate eyes and a baby face. He's cute as hell.

"Hm," I hum, chewing on my chicken nuggets. I felt Kat nudge me a little, but I ignored her completely. "What's your name?"

"Jaxon. J-A-X-O-N." Jaxon says, with a small smile.

"Nice to meet you, Jaxon. I'm Paisley," I gave him a small smile back, putting down my chicken nugget. "This is my friend, Kat." I turned to Kat who was studied both of us and she smiled at Jaxon.

"Hello," Kat eventually says.

"Can I get your number?" Jaxon asked, raising an eyebrow. "I would totally love to hang out sometime."

"Sure! I would love that, also." I say, he awkwardly handed me his phone and I typed my contact details in. "We should catch up later on this week?"

"Totally! I'll have to check my busy schedule though..." He trailed off, I couldn't tell if he was serious or not but then he broke out into a smile. "All cleared, I should be free."

I let out a tiny laugh. He kinda looks like Colby. "Yeah, I'll see what I can do, too." I joked. Jaxon tipped a hate to me, smiling.

"See you soon, Paisley,"

I wave at him and he waved back. "Bye!" I say, and he turned around and left. Jaxon's cute. I started to eat my burger and I noticed Kat staring at me. "What?"

"Damn, girl you move on fast." Kat jokes.

"Shut up, Colby and I aren't even dating."
