The lights of the city were breath taking. The brightness contrasted with the darkness in a way that made Alex and Justin smile. The restaurant staff recognized Justin immediately, which was expected. He requested they be seated immediately. The best date ever was about to begin.
Justin's POV:
The took in the beauty of my girlfriend who was seated across from me.
"What are you getting?" Her voice snaps me back to reality.
"I was thinking of getting the egg rolls." She puts down the menu. I felt like someone was watching us, not a fan but someone dangerous...someone unwanted.
"Babe? You okay?" She seemed to notice my discomfort and reaches for my hand across the table.
"I'm fine princess." I shook the uneasy feeling and tried to enjoy myself. A waitress with dirty blonde hair came to the table and took our order. When she left, I noticed a person in a black hoodie, something concealed within the jacket and their head was down.
