It was the next day and Kendrick was in between classes. He called up Kennedy and had him meet her.
"Kennedy, I cant pay for the day care every week", Kendrick said.
"You told me you would", she said. "You really messing up my plans"
"Well the money I was going to use for the daycare, some of it gotta go to my tuition. Some shit happened and my scholarship getting cut", he said.
Kennedy sighed. "You can't ask you parent about tuition?"
"Nah. They already mad at me about something so", he said.
"Fine. I'll make something work" Kennedy said.
"I'm about to go to class. I'll text you about it later", Kendrick said.
"Okay Ken", Kennedy said as she rolled her eyes.
"Hey you can be mad all you want to. I don't have to help you all", Kendrick said.
"Well if it's such a burden that don't", Kennedy said.
Kendrick makes a face.
Kennedy sighs. "I'm sorry...I'm sorry. Okay Kendrick we'll talk about it later", she said.
"Are you okay?", he asked.
"Yea", she said. "Just stressed"
Kendrick nods. "I'm here for you", he said.
Kennedy nods.
"Talk to you later", he said.
"Talk to you later", she said.
Kendrick walked away.

Diamond was walking to class until she heard a familiar voice.
"Hey stranger", they said.
Diamond looked behind her and it was Kendrick.
"Hey baby", she said with a smile.
Kendrick kissed her. "Hey", he said. "Barely heard from you all day. What's up?"
"Nothing just been busy I guess", she said.
Kendrick nods.
"But I have to get to class", she said.
"See you tonight?", he asked.
"Tomorrow night. I have a test in the morning so I'll be studying all day", she said.
"That fair enough", he said.
Diamond kisses him. "I have to get to class so I'll talk you later", she said .
"Okay", he said.
Diamond walks away.
Kendrick watches her.

Later that night Diamond was at the club. She took a shot of alcohol before she started.
"Haven't seen you do that since you first started", Kelly said.
"Yea? Well it's been a while", Diamond said.
"You better get ready to get on stage. We up next", Kelly said.
"We got like five minutes", Diamond said as she looked around.
"Why do you keep looking around?", Kelly asked.
"I don't know", She said.
"Now time for two very special ladies to enter the stage. One has been gone for some time now be she's finally back", the DJ announced.
