Closure

    Y/n was sleeping in the resting lounge when one of the nurse barged in, making y/n bolted up, hitting her head on the top bunk, "shit!" She cried, " I'm so sorry Dr.Y/l/n" said the nurse, "it's fine, what is it Ally?" said Y/n as she rubbed her forehead, "Dr. Sanders, told me to wake you up because he needs your help with his patients" she said, Y/n got up, put on her white coat and followed Ally out the door. Once they arrived, y/n approached Dr. Sanders, "what's the problem?" She asked him,  "Hey, I'm needed in the OR asap so can you check on this patient for me please" he said as he held out the file, "of course, go ahead go" said Y/n, grabbing the file. Dr. Sanders quickly thanked her and ran to the elevator, Y/n walked into the room and asked her intern Ariana Grande to read out the case to her then suddenly the patient spoke, "Y/n?", The doctor looked at the patient and noticed that it was her Ex-Wife, Lauren. "L-Lauren?" says Y/n, "hey" said Lauren, y/n didn't say anything so she nodded at Ariana to continue, "this is Lauren Jauregui, she's 27 years old, Bus crash, says that her head hurts every ten minutes, few cuts from the glass which I stitched up, a bump on the head caused by bumping into hard object and the bone in her arm broke in two places" said Ariana, "ok, page Dr. Hansen from Ortho, so she can fix her arm then do a MRI and CAT scan, just to be on the safe side and see what is causing the headaches, and then come find me when the test results come back, go!" said Y/n, "yes Doctor, right away" said the intern.

    Y/n walked out of the room then went into the cafeteria to get a drink of coffee. Y/n hadn't seen Lauren ever since they got divorced two years ago, they've been married for four years until Y/n decided to get a divorce, she's been happily dating a guy name Kellan Lutz for almost ten months now, yes y/n is bisexual. Fifteen minutes later, Ariana showed up with the scans, "no signs of injuries or bleeding" she said, Y/n nodded "seems like she just just bumped her head really hard,  alright thank you Dr.Grande, is Dr.Hansen with the patient right now? " y/n asked, "yes she is, she's waiting for you" said Ariana, "alright come on" she said as they headed back to the room. Dr. Hansen was outside the door looking at the patient through the window by the door, "Dinah" said Y/n. She and Dinah had been best friends ever they met in Med school, "So that's the ex-wife that falsely accused you?" she said without looking at y/n, "that's her" y/n said as she sighed, "hm, ready to face the ex in laws and her new girlfriend?" asked Dinah, " the sooner we finish, the better" y/n replied then they walked in the room.

    "Y/n?, You're working this case?" asked Clara, Lauren's mom, "mom..don't" warned Lauren, "actually it was Dr. Sanders case, but he was needed in the OR so he asked me to take it" Y/n replied, "so what's wrong with her?" asked Lauren's dad, Mike , "there's nothing wrong, the test results came out clean, she just bumped her head pretty hard so she may experience some headaches, light headedness and dizziness for the next couple of days, so I suggest she should stay at home and rest until the bump goes down and headaches are gone, in the mean time we 're gonna have you stay overnight and if nothing changes in the morning, you can leave" y/n replied which made Lauren's parents sigh in relief, "I managed to reconnect the bones back in its place and screwed in two titanium plates to keep it in place, so come back on the 20th of next month so I can remove the cast and check to see if it healed properly " said Dr.Hansen. 

    "Do you have any questions for us?" asked Y/n, "are you gonna be the one that's gonna be checking up on her? " asked Lauren's girlfriend, y/n shook her head, "like I said, this case belongs to Dr. Sanders, I'm just helping him out so Dr.Grande is gonna be the one checking up on her" she replied, "Why did you even asked that?" Lauren asked her girlfriend, "I just wanted to know" her girlfriend replied.  Soon Y/n and Dinah left the room, "god, I am so ready to get out of here" y/n said as she massages her neck, Dinah laughed as she put her arm around y/n neck, "me too dawg, want to grab a drink before we head home?" She asked Y/n, ever since y/n got divorced, Dinah invited her to move in with her. "You bet, I could really use a drink" y/n replied, suddenly Y/n heard Clara call her name, so she turned towards her, "can we talk for a minute, please?" Clara asked, " sure just give me a minute to change out of my scrubs" said Y/n, Clara nodded her head and walked back into Lauren's room.
