Lauren's POV

         I woke up the next morning to look at the clock on my right side and noticed that it was six'o'clock, I sighed because I had to get up but at least I was feeling better than I did two weeks ago, maybe it's because I'm cuddling with my beautiful mate right now, speaking of mate, I was about to move to my side to see if she was still sleeping but then I felt a weight on top of me so I looked down and realized that my mate was literally laying on top of me. I smiled when I hear her soft snores, then I slowly stroke her soft y/h/c hair but immediately stopped and held my breath when Y/n started to stir, I closed my eyes and hoped that she wouldn't freak out but then she only cuddled more into my neck and went back to sleep, I quietly let out the breath that I was holding, then I smiled as I carefully wrapped my arms around her waist, feeling the sparks flow through out my body and smelling her addictive scent. God this beautiful creature doesn't know what she's doing to me already, I wanted to this moment to last longer so I close my eyes and fell right back to sleep.

I woke up a couple hours later to someone knocking on the door, which startled Y/n. "What?" I said annoyingly with a raspy voice , "sorry to wake you Alpha but we're all waiting for you and Luna at the dinning table" said Malik, I looked at the clock and noticed that it was 9am, "alright, give us a minute" I said, with that he walked away. I groaned as I stretched my body, then I looked up and noticed that Y/n was blushing which made me smile, "good morning, how'd you sleep?" I asked, " um..I slept good, sorry I slept on top of you, I didn't know how that happened " she said, I chickled, "don't be, just as long as you slept good" I said as I rubbed the tiredness out of my eyes then I looked back at her and see her biting her lips as she looked down, "you can wear some of my clothes" I say to her, she nodded her head and got off the bed but before she could open the closet , she turned back to me and said, "by the way, you should take care of your wood before you go down stairs" then she bit her bottom lip and winked at me before she disappeared in the closet. "Holy shot that was HOT! " said Midnight, I nodded my head in agreement, then I got up and went to the bathroom to take care of my situation.

After we both got ready, we went downstairs were everybody greeted us at the dining table, I pulled out the chair for Y/n, she quietly thanked me, "Good morning everyone, now we have two weeks left before The Red Moon Pack attack so thankfully the bella twins had been training our warriors real hard at my absents, so now I think we should started having all the women and children go to our safehouse-", "Um.." I got interrupted by my mate which made everyone gasp, I looked down at her with my eyebrow raised, "I'm sorry but I don't think that's a great idea" she says, "so you're saying you would rather have our enemies kill and kidnap us women and children while the warriors fight?" asked Ally our doctor, I looked back at Y/n with my arms crossed. "No that's not what I'm saying at all, I'm saying I know that that's the first place Alpha Simpson will send half his pack to and that's why I don't-" I interrupted her this time, "That's stupid!, no one knows where our safe house is located for thousands of years!" I say raising my voice a little, "what in Florida?" she says which made everyone gasped once again, "I know that because one of your pack member left to be with her mate which happens to be in The Red Moon Pack and she's been talking nonstop about everything that had to do with this pack" she says.

The information was making me mad and before I could stop myself, my mouth already openned up, "this isn't up to you Y/n, I'm the Alpha! so I get to make the decision not you!" I said, "but I'm just letting you-", "THAT'S ENOUGH! YOU WILL SIT THERE AND SHUT UP!" I yelled, she looked at me with a sad expression then she looked down and nodded her head, I looked back to everyone else who looked shocked, "let's eat breakfast now" I said and as soon as I sat down, everyone started eating quietly, I looked at Y/n and see that she was not eating, "you need to eat" I said coldly as I looked back at my plate, suddenly she stood up which made me look up at her, "what are you doing?, sit back down" I tell her but she glared at me and left the table. I sighed as I put my hands in my face and my elbows on the table, why the fuck did I had to yell at her? she was only trying to help, before my beta could say anything, I raised my hand at him, "don't!" I growled then I excused myself and went upstairs to check on Y/n.
