Sienna POV

*****

"Looking better, dear!" Madame Pomfrey exclaimed as she pulled back the curtains, letting Draco into the room. He strode up confidently.

"Told you I'd be right back," he joked. It had only been a day, but something in me told me he was trustworthy, despite the years of bullying. There was a magnetic pull between us, a chemistry I couldn't ignore. I didn't want to stay away.

There was a hidden side to Draco Malfoy, a softer, more open facet I wanted to uncover, just as I had opened up to him.

"Draco," I said.

"Yes?" he replied, his silver eyes locking with mine.

"If we're going to trust each other, we need to start opening up," I suggested. He nodded, his expression thoughtful.

"I want you to show me the real you, not just 'The great Slytherin prince' persona," I urged. He seemed taken aback.

"I've never talked to anyone about myself," he admitted. I let him think, the silence stretching between us. Finally, he nodded.

"Okay. Let's do it," he agreed, a small smile breaking through.

"Bedtime, kids. Mr. Malfoy, you can stay if Miss Appleton agrees," Madame Pomfrey interjected, drawing my curtains. I quickly nodded.

Draco pulled out a book and sat on the chair. A chill ran down my spine, and I shivered. He glanced up.

"Cold again?" he asked.

I nodded, searching for a jumper in the bag he gave me. After a few minutes of searching in vain, I frowned.

"What's wrong?" Draco inquired. I met his eyes.

"Sprout forgot to pack me a jumper," I sighed.

Draco rummaged in his bag and produced a green jumper, offering it to me. I hesitated.

"It's fine. I packed a few spares," he reassured me. I thanked him and pulled on the jumper, enveloped in warmth and the scent of expensive cologne and apples. Satisfied, I settled into the sheets as Draco read aloud, lulling me to sleep.

Hours later, I woke to find Draco asleep on the chair, hunched uncomfortably. I felt guilty; he was here for me. I pulled out my wand.

"Engorgio," I muttered, enlarging the bed to a double. I whispered his name, trying to wake him.

"Sienna! Are you okay? What's wrong?" he exclaimed, startled.

"Nothing, Draco," I chuckled. He looked at me, bleary-eyed. I patted the empty space on the bed.

"You look uncomfortable. Come," I invited softly. He hesitated, unsure.

"It's fine. I'm okay with it. Gotta get used to this as 'Draco's girl,' right?" I reassured him. He smiled and climbed into bed beside me. I felt him relax as we lay close, drifting off to sleep again.

"Please, I'm your relative," I pleaded, tears streaking down my face. "Please, don't hurt me."

"She lies," hissed a voice.

"I'm not lying," I shot back.

"Prove it, Hufflepuff. Tell us. Whose child are you?" demanded one of the Death Eaters.

"My name is Sienna Regulus Black. I am the daughter of Regulus Arcturus Black and Hallie Appleton, born on the first of November, two days after the downfall of the Dark Lord by Harry Potter," I declared defiantly, freeing myself from the ropes and rising to my feet, locking eyes with the snake-like figure. His cold red eyes bore into mine.
