I just started writing, and let the story flow. It was after I'd finished the whole thing, that I realized how dark this chapter is. I didn't want to change it, because I didn't want to rewrite. So, yeah.

Neville's POV

Alecto sauntered over to us.

"Nice art." She smirked. Rolf pointed his wand at her back.

"Stupefy!" She sidestepped, and it crashed into the wall, leaving a small blemish on Luna's drawing.

"Now, now. How dishonorable!" She mock gasped. "Attacking while my back is turned! Yes, I now see how noble Dumbledore's Army really is. Expelliarmus!" Rolf's wand was yanked from his hand. She strolled casually over to him. "Just for the record, I knew you were involved in this. And your little girlfriend can't save you, because I'm taking her too. How fun this will be."

Fear showed in his eyes.

"Ah, yes. You've never felt the Cruciatis Curse, have you? That'll change. You too, Ms. Abbot."

I didn't think.

"Stupefy!"

She blocked it without even glancing at me, and my wand too, was wrenched from my grasp.

"Another dishonorable cheat."

Luna and Hannah attacked her simultaneously, but her wand was a blur and the spells never landed.

"Yes, aren't we all just a bunch of knights. You make Slytherin jealous."

"You make Slytherin sick, so I count myself lucky." I spat.

"Oh, you aren't lucky. Incarcerus!"

Thick ropes bound us firmly, and Hannah cried out as they pulled brutally tight. My every instinct told me to run to her, to keep her safe, but my brain knew what was going to happen, and told me it wouldn't make much difference. My heart was being compressed though a very tight tube as it finally realized.

I can't save her. I can't save them.

Alecto led us down to the circular room, and I tried to prepare myself.

Amycus was there, and he looked up as we entered. Alecto's brow furrowed.

"You were supposed to be looking for more troublemakers."

"It's fine. This Room can't fit more than four anyways."  He flicked his wand, and the ropes fell away. Simultaneously, chains from the wall leapt out.

There was a moment where several things happened at once. His back was to me, and his gaze was on Hannah. I took several quick steps forward, and rugby tackled him. The chains found my wrists, and yanked me backwards.

I slammed into the wall with such a force, that my lungs couldn't find air. I gasped in terror for several moments, but soon they started to fill.

He got up spitting, and struck me. A flash of fire, then a dull ache. It was several moments before my vision lost it's sparks. He was in front of a recoiling Luna. His leer made my stomach flip.

"Get away from her!" Rolf's tone was somewhere between angry and pleading. He was frantic, yanking on the manacles in an attempt to reach her. This drew Alecto's attention.

"Stop. You know the orders." He sulked.

"Fine. Crucio then." Luna's high scream echoed, and Rolf started sobbing uncontrollably.

"Lun."

The curse continued, and he tried to run to her, but was yanked back by the bonds.

"Stop, stop. Take me, hurt me." Alecto ended the curse.
