3rd Person POV
"He's gone." Dark Oliver says after watching the biosensor in his hand die out
"Who? Merlyn?" Thawne asks
"The biosensor in his suit indicates his heart stopped." Dark Oliver says
Unknown to the two, Willow and Marvin were listening in on the conversation from the other roof. The soldier and commander duo were getting good at bugging places and staking out the area. They sit on the same roof as earlier, listening to the conversation on the tablet in Marvin's hands. Willow had lost the visuals since the group had moved to inside a building
"He always seemed kind of soft to me." Thawne says
It's silent for a moment
"Oliver." Overgirl calls
"He died for you." Dark Oliver says. "And we will make his death worthwhile."
"That doesn't change the fact that now we're down a man." Thawne says
"Keep your focus where it belongs and get to work on locating that Prism." Dark Oliver orders
"Watch your tone, or I'll watch it for you." Thawne says through his teeth
Dark Oliver slams Thawne into the wall
"Oliver!" Overgirl yells
"Did you just tell me to watch my tone?" Dark Oliver growls
"You're angry... And I like it." Thawne taunts
"Don't you mock me!" Dark Oliver yells
"Don't threaten me, or have you forgotten?" Thanwe taunts. "I can end your life before you birth your next thought."
"Try it once I break every bone in your body." Overgirl says
"Ok, we're all a little emotional." Thawne says. "Here's what I suggest. I will stop vibrating my hand; you stop breaking my wrist; and you be 10% less brooding."
"We accomplish nothing by arguing amongst ourselves." Overgirl tells them
"It's the accomplishing nothing that has me concerned." Thawne says. "We came here to conquer this Earth, or have you forgotten?"
"Locate the Prism. Please." Dark Oliver orders. "Once we have identified the location of the target, I will devise a plan of attack."
Thawne leaves
"I'm sorry about Merlyn." Overgirl says
"He should've died in the Church before he allowed himself to be captured." Dark Oliver says. "Kara, we need that Prism. We are running out of time."
"You have to trust in the plan, Oliver." Overgirl tells him. "You should. It's yours."
"And do you trust me?" Dark Oliver asks
"Yes, with all of my heart." Overgirl whispers
Overgirl and Dark Oliver kiss
....over on the roof...
"Do we know what the prism is for?" Willow asks Marvin as he types on the tablet
"Details are not available at the moment." Marvin says. "But we will work on identifying the threat. Report what we have found, soldier."
Willow lets out a small silent sigh, putting her hands to her side to push herself off of the ground from her sitting position
"Relax, soldier." Marvin tells her and Willow stops and looks at him. "It has been a long day. You can report semi-formally."
