3rd Person POV

Marvin didn't know what to think of Willow's condition after the phone call from Kelly and Kara but he certainly wasn't expecting the scene he walked in on

It was horrible, to say it in the simplest way

Willow, rolled onto her side, was seizing on the bed. Her eyes were rolled into the back of her head and her body was convulsing violently. There was blood and vomit on the floor beneath her. Her wounds were looking even worse than before, most of them bleeding again. But something that was interesting was that Willow's eyes were not glowing green. Marvin noticed this briefly but didn't think anything of it. Because, when he looked to the side, his heart broke even more

Kara was sobbing and was being held back by Kelly. Kelly looked exhausted as if she had to hold a fighting Kara back. Kelly was breathing heavily and basically taking a break. There was no need to hold Kara back anymore. The Girl of Steel most certainly did not look like steel. She was crying on the ground...broken...

Within seconds of analyzing the scene, Alex and J'onn rush forwards to try and help Willow while M'Gann rushes over to Kara to comfort her. Alex looks over every now and then, wanting to run over to her sister but knowing that not only was Kara in good hands with M'Gann but that Alex was one of the only people that could help Willow right now

J'onn actually shocked Marvin. Since J'onn met Willow, he strongly disliked her. Since even before he knew her true identity, he didn't like her. The relationship between J'onn and Willow was...well, awful. More recently, J'onn has started to be less hesitant with Willow but the green-eyed girl was still on the outs with the martian. And then with the Willow and Kara kiss that briefly killed Kara, J'onn was thrown over the edge and did not want the two near each other at all. So to see J'onn -- the man who strongly disliked everything about Willow -- helping in any way that he could...had shocked Marvin greatly. And while shocked, he was very appreciative

And Marvin? He was frozen. He was frozen in his spot, watching as the girl he cared about as a daughter was essentially dying on the bed in front of him. He couldn't watch this. But he also couldn't look away. And he wanted to help. But he also couldn't move. Every thought in his mind was begging his legs to move but every muscle in his body was frozen, rooted to the floor where he stopped when he first walked in. The only thing he could do was watch as everything was happening around him, muffled

Alex was busy shouting orders to J'onn, the two working their best in order to stabilize Willow. The girl was still seizing on the bed when Alex had ordered J'onn to inject rescue medication. But before he could, Willow's body stills completely, and her head slumps to the side

"What the hell just happened?" J'onn questions, looking over at Alex

"Did you give her the medicine?" Alex asks him

"No, I haven't had the chance yet." J'onn says, holding the injection up to show her

"What's wrong?" Kara questions from the ground where her, Kelly, and M'Gann were sitting. Kelly had her arm around Kara, comforting the broken Girl of Steel. "Alex!" She exclaims, needing an answer as Kelly tightens her grip on Kara's shoulders

"I don't know." Alex says, rushing over to the other side of the bed to open Willow's eyes and check her responses with a flashlight. Alex freezes, looking up slowly at J'onn with wide eyes. And it was a good thing that she wasn't facing the others. Only J'onn could see her worried look and he turns his head slightly, asking the silent question of what was wrong

Alex tosses the flashlight to the side and presses her fingers to Willow's neck, checking for a pulse. It's silent for a moment. It's silent. It's silent. And all of a sudden, it's not

"She's got no pulse." Alex announces

"What?" Kara questions, trying to get up but Kelly and M'Gann hold the girl down. Now, obviously, Supergirl has super strength but after all the emotions of the day, she has had no energy to fight back and she slumps to the side where Kelly tightens her grip on Kara's shoulders

"J'onn I need the AED." Alex orders. "Now!" And with that, J'onn grabs the AED and hands it to her. "Get it charged." She orders

"Ready!" J'onn shouts

"Clear!" Alex exclaims, rubbing the paddles together and then shocking Willow's body. The girl's body lurches forwards and Alex checks again for a pulse. Nothing. "More charge." Alex tells J'onn who follows her orders. "Clear!" She exclaims again, shocking Willow with the paddles once again

"Is it working?" Kara questions from the ground, more tears in her eyes even though she thought she had cried everything out

"No." Alex answers honestly. Alex didn't want to upset or worry Kara any further but she also did not want to be dishonest with her sister about the love of her life. "J'onn we're switching over to manual CPR." She says, handing him the oxygen mask and he puts it over Willow's mouth and nose

J'onn begins squeezing the oxygen mask as Alex begins manual CPR, pushing against Willow's chest and trying to get a heartbeat

"Two more minutes." Alex tells J'onn. "Then we try the AED again."

"Copy that." J'onn answers

Marvin watches, still frozen in his spot. Even his tears were frozen in his eyes and his breath was frozen in his chest. He still couldn't move. Only watch. He watches as Alex and J'onn try to save Willow. And so far, they have been failing. And, oh god, he did not want them to fail

After two minutes, Alex and J'onn switch back over to the AED. Alex clears and shocks Willow's chest. She orders J'onn to up the charge and he does. Alex shocks Willow again but nothing happens. Her body lurches forwards but there is still no pulse, no breathing, no sign of life

Alex lowers her hands away from Willow's body and looks at J'onn with tears in her eyes. J'onn reads her face immediately and nods, upset

"Why did you stop?" Kara asks, looking at Alex's back. Alex does not answer, only staring at Willow's body on the bed. "Alex!" Kara yells, her voice breaking as she stands from the ground. Kelly stands with her. "Why did you stop?" Slowly, Alex turns around with tears in her eyes. She slowly looks at Kara while taking her gloves off. "No..." Kara whispers, her eyes widening. "No!" She screeches, tears falling down her face and she falls to the side where Kelly catches her sobbing body

For a few seconds, all that is heard is Kara's sobbing and screaming as she mourns for the girl she loves

And then, all of a sudden, there's a voice. "Keep trying." Marvin orders his plead, his voice finally working but his eyes still frozen on Willow's still body on the bed

"Marvin..." Alex whispers, tears streaming down her cheeks as she looks over at J'onn

"Marvin." J'onn says, walking over to him and putting a hand on his shoulder. "It's over. She's gone."

"She can't be gone." Marvin says in a broken whisper. "Please, she can't be gone..."

"I know it's hard." J'onn says and, despite his strong exterior, there was a slight break in his voice. "But there's nothing else we can do."

"You're wrong." Marvin tells him. "We need to call Lena." He tells J'onn and then he looks over at Alex. "We need kryptonite."
