3rd Person POV

Brainy was able to scan the ocean and the beach from the spaceship above and figured that going through the ceiling of Base Ops was the best strategic move. So that is how the DEO and Willow got into the organization. The DEO agents were able to drop to the ground and laser a hole in the ground through the sand. They were doing this right in broad daylight and it would have been very hard to conceal had it not been the dead middle of winter with about 5 inches of freezing snow on the ground and not a single other person in sight

Once the portion of the ground was opened up, the group was ready to drop in from the ceiling. And after a quick thermal scan to see where bodies were located within the organization, that is exactly what the group ended up doing

The DEO agents that had dropped down from the ceiling first raised their guns and looked around, making sure the area was cleared. And once it was, Willow, Brainy, J'onn, and Alex were the next to drop down into the dark hallway below

As the group slowly walks through the hallway, Willow winces and gasps softly as she grabs her head

"Are you okay?" Brainy whispers from next to Willow

"Fine." Willow whispers through her teeth, still holding the sides of her head

"Are you sure?" Alex asks. "Because--"

"I'm fine." Willow tells her, pulling her hands away from her head and forcing a smile through a wince. Something was trying to get through...some kind of communication. "I should remind you that we need to stay silent."

"And we will." J'onn says. "But we have to go through with the plan." He tells her and then the group pulls to a stop. They're quiet for a moment, listening and hearing nothing but the roaring waves above them. J'onn looks at his agents. "You half are securing the perimeter and our escape." He orders in a whisper and that half of the DEO agents quietly rush away to fullfill their duties. "You half," He says, gesturing to Brainy, Alex, and the other DEO agents, "...are planting the bombs to bring this place down." He says and those DEO agents rush away silently to fullfill their duties. Alex gives J'onn a look before her and Brainy leave to place the bombs

"And where does that leave us?" Willow questions J'on in a whisper

"As much as we are going to hate it..." J'onn says, looking at Willow. "...that leaves us working together."

"How ironic." Willow whispers, crossing her arms over her chest

"Ironic indeed." J'onn says. "And we will have plenty of time to laugh at it later. Right now, you need to lead the way to the dungeon where your commander is." He tells her

"Follow me." Willow tells him in a whisper, making her way down the hallway

***

Alex and Brainy had been placing bombs strategically according to the blueprints that Willow had drawn up and that J'onn had labeled. Alex is working on a bomb on a support beam, the group's best bet on bringing down the organization from within and crumbling the area. Brainy is working on his bomb...but barely. It seems as if he is lost in thought, the gears in his mind turning and turning for some reason. He looks over his shoulder and Alex takes note

"You alright?" Alex asks, wiring the bomb

"This seems..." Brainy whispers, looking around the area that him and Alex were working in. The place was dark except for the flashlights on their heads

"What is it?" Alex asks, working on the bomb in front of her

"I don't know..." Brainy whispers, looking at her again. "This just seems...I don't, wrong... Something isn't adding up..."
