Blake Day

She owed me.

From a very young age until now I had been taught to believe that the only thing useful from women were both sets of mouths when they weren't talking. When I started acting like that though, my mother slapped the shit out of me.

I deserved it.

However, some girls do deserve the things that happen to them. Sloane Beck was one of them.

Not saying that she deserved to be cheated on, but she wasn't pleasant to be with—so why continue to put yourself through that? I couldn't stand her. She was the most annoying, most aggravating woman I had ever dealt with.

But I also know what it is like to wish someone could save me from a terrible situation.

Which is exactly why I had to be the best kind of Blake there was, gentleman Blake. I wasn't stalking her, hell I had a girl on my neck when I observed a panicked Sloane across the room. My eyesight followed her as she looked like I had one too many times.

I saw the target of her problem; Caden and his girlfriend.

I had never been in that kind of situation before, but I knew that she was down bad. I pushed Corrina, the girl on my neck, out of my arms and distantly followed the panicked barbie. Instead of her leaving the house or finding a bathroom like a normal heartbroken human being, she walked up the stairs.
