Court for Custody

(Date: December 20, 2020) (Billie is 19 sorry I didn't do her birthday)
Billie's POV:
I wake up to my stupid alarm so I turn it off and get out of bed. Today I had to go to court because Brandon wanted to fight for custody of brook. I go to the bathroom and start the shower and get undressed. I take a quick shower then I get out wrapping a towel around myself. I brush my teeth and blow dry my hair. I comb it out then I put a bra and underwear on. I put a robe on and leave my bathroom. I grab my phone and the baby monitor and I walk out of my room. I go to the kitchen and get my coffee and drink it as I go on my phone. Once I was dont with my coffee I heard brook waking up from the baby monitor so I walk to her nursery and see her standing up in her crib.
B- good morning my little angel
Br- mmaammaa
B- yea that's me oh looks like you got a good sleep with your messy hair
I say as I tickle her little tummy making her giggle. I put her on the changing table and take off her onesie. I change her diaper then I change her into a short sleeved bodysuit.
B- let's get you some breaky
I say as I walk out of her nursery and I walk to the kitchen. I put her into her high chair and get her pre-made oats. I pour some oat milk into a sippy cup and I grab one of her bibs. I put a bib on her and put her and put her food and drink on the tray. She starts eating so I go on my phone while making sure she doesn't choke. Once she was done I take her out and wipe her face with a wet paper towel which makes her start whining like always.
B- babygirl it's just a paper towel I don't know why you start whining when it touches you but it's not going to hurt you ok
I say as I'm throw away the paper towel and walk to the living room. I place her down and she slowly walks to her toys.
B- mama will be right back baby
I say as I walk back to my room and I change into shorts and a nice shirt. I walk out of my room and walk back to the living room.
Br- mmaammaa
B- yes my little princess
She reaches up for me so I pick her up and she plays around with my hair. I move her so she stops and i blow raspberry's on her tummy. (Iykyk) she starts giggling and wiggling around in my arms. I stop and she grabs my nose so I scrunch it up making her giggle more.
M- good morning bil
B- morning
M- I see your dressed up a bit what's going on
B- I have to go to court
M- what why, what did you do
B- nothing i have to go because Brandon wants custody of brook
M- well I hope he doesn't get custody of her
B- same also can I go by myself you know just brook and me
M- sure what time do you have to go
B- umm... shit in 5 minutes I have to leave
M- ok well good luck
B- thank you mom
I quickly go to my room and get brooks diaper bag and my phone then I go back to the living room and I pick up brooks teddy and then I quickly get my shoes on and I put brooks shoes on and I run out to the car. I put brook into her car seat, buckle her in, and I place a binky in her mouth and I pass her teddy to her. I close the door and get into the drivers seat and I start the car putting her diaper bag in the passenger seat and I put my seat belt on and I start driving to the court house. Once we got there I get out grabbing the diaper bag and my phone. I close the door and open brooks side. I take her out of her car seat and she holds onto my shirt with one hand and holds onto her teddy with the other. I walk in and I make my way to the court room. I take my seat and Brandon looks over at brook with a smirk which scares her and she holds onto my shirt Tighter.
(J-judge) (Q- Brandon)
J- all rise
We all stand
J- we are here today for the custody of brook Baird O'Connell, you may all sit
We sit down
J- mr. Adam's please state your plead
Q- I want custody of my daughter so I can care for her, give her the right education, and be a good father but ms. O'Connell has kept me away from her
J- thank you Ms. O'Connell please state why you do not allow mr. Adam's to see his child
B- when I first found out I was pregnant and when I told him he screamed at me and told me to get an abortion, he came to my home twice, the first time he was trying to take brook as she was one month old, he has sent me numerous messages telling me to give him his daughter or if I don't give him his daughter he would kill her, I have been raising her with the help of my immediate family
J- Mr. Adam's is what she stated true
Q- no it is not true
J- Ms. O'Connell are you lying
B- no your honor I have screenshots of what he has messaged me
J- please present them
I take out my phone and open it and I bring up the photos and hand my phone to the officer. He gives it to the judge and after a minute I get my phone back and i put it away. Brook starts whining as she was bored so I set her in my lap and let her play with my fingers.
J- I have come to the judgement that Mr. Adam's is not a fit father for young brook and Ms. O'Connell has full custody and Mr.Adam's has zero custody over young brook, case Closed
I sigh in relief and we leave.
Br- mmaammaa
B- yes baby
She puts her head on my shoulder so I rub her back and pat her bum as I go back to the car. I put brook into her car seat and kiss her forehead as she was half asleep. I close the door and I get into the drives Side. I put my seatbelt on and start driving back home.
(Halfway back)
I call mom to tell her the good news.(it's on speaker)

M- hey Billie what's up
B- so I Have some good news
M- what is it
B- Brandon got zero custody of brook
M- that's wonderful good job
B- thank you
M- is that all you had to tell me
B- yea but I'll see at home bye
M- bye
----call ended----
Once we got home mom had already told finneas amd dad so for the rest of the day we played, napped, ate, and just had fun

Sorry this is short I rushed because I wanted to get at least two chapter out so i got one out on the sequel and then this one. But anyways
