"Hmm..."

"What are you doing, boy?" Kenos asked me with a curious face.

"I'm looking through a book about the forbidden beasts," I said while flipping a page.

I was currently in the Underground Library that held stacks on stacks of books filled with knowledge from the era of the Elders. The book in my hands was the same book I read that told me about Cerridwen and the other forbidden beasts.

It's been about a month or so since our fight with Cerridwen and the last time we saw Nocticula and her group. Aarc hasn't made much contact with his criminal enterprise since the Famine Situation, and I'm running out of leads to finding them.

That's why I decided to look back into the Forbidden beasts of the Apocalypse. Cerridwen was only one out of four. That meant there were still three other forbidden beasts out in the world and sealed up like Cerridwen and the wendigo siblings were.

And something told me that Nocticula and her posse might be going after them too. It's only a hunch, but considering they were after Cerridwen, it could very well mean they'll be targeting the other forbidden beasts.

However, I kind of ran into a problem while reading the book. There's nothing in it that shows me where the Forbidden Beasts are sealed up.

This book can tell me a lot of things about the forbidden beasts from their appearance to their worshippers, to even the amount of chaos each one caused by themselves. What this book can't tell me is where the hell these guys are sealed up.

It's most likely because this book was written and finished before the war ended. That and whoever the author was apparently decided not to make a second volume. Or he might've wanted to, but got killed off by whoever, be it other first generations or the gods themselves.

Great, now I'm starting to sound moody because of the lack of information I'm getting. This is seriously getting annoying.

As I placed the book down and sighed, I pinched the bridge of my nose while trying to see what I can do.

"Hey, Kenos, what were the other Forbidden Beasts like to you?" I suddenly asked Kenos this question.

"Hmph," Kenos scoffed. "The four of them were annoying brats that didn't know when to quit."

"...Do I need to order you to be more specific?" I shot a glare, causing the First Elder to continue.

"A-ahem...from what I remember, those four were powerful, dangerous, and tenacious. Because they were created by the Essence of us Elders, their power was just as frightening as ours."

"Yeah, I know. Each forbidden beast carries within them a power that can end the world. There was Famine, War, Pestilence, and Death itself." I remember reading it repeatedly off of the book I just read.

"That's correct, for that was their entire skill. Each Forbidden Beast had a Domain Skill just like the Elders and Gods."

"Wait, back up a second. What do you mean by a Domain Skill? That's the first time I've heard of such a thing."

It kind of reminded me of [Absolute Domain]. Could that be related?

"Ah..." Kenos eyes widen with surprise. "Now I remember what I forgot to tell you during your training with the [Absolute Domain] skill. You see, [Absolute Domain] is part of a Skills Category called The Domain Skills. And a Domain Skill is a skill that gives the user complete control over something."

"...And this slipped your mind during our lessons when you were training me on using [Absolute Domain]?" I felt like I wanted to punch this damn Elder.
