It has been a while since Jennie interacted with someone who was not part of her firm or the kindergarten. She actually felt nervous about it, especially because it was a pretty woman, which she was weak for.

They took the lift and went to highest floor. Felix was looking out of the window in awe, he could see the entire playground and even their house. He decided to speak with Daisy about the view which was very adorable for the adults.

"Daisy, you can take Felix to your room and play with your toys." Jisoo suggested and the little girl nodded.

"I want to have a tea party." Daisy exclaimed giving Felix a look. "You can come too but you have to sit next to Mr. Squirrel he doesn't want to sit alone."

"Can I also sit next to you?" Felix asked with squinted eyes, his cheeks donning red.

"Then you have to ask Mrs. Turtle to switch with you." Daisy told him.

"Okay." Felix bobbed his head happily and followed her to her room.

As the elders watched the kids leave with smiles on their faces Jisoo cleared her throat, gaining Jennie's attention.

"Um, I'm sorry about what I said." Jisoo started. "He is clearly no bad boy."

"Oh no," Jennie swatted her hands sheepishly. "I'm the one who should apologise, I vented out on you mindlessly when I should have been watching him."

"No, no." Jisoo disagreed. "I was rude. You obviously had a bad day."

Jennie nodded her head. A very bad day, until now. "May I ask, what he did earlier?"

"He grabbed my daughter's hair and tossed her hair clip away. A terrible attempt at flirting, I presume now." Jisoo concluded.

Jennie blushed, embarrassed about his behaviour. "I'm so sorry. That's not okay. I will definitely have a word with him."

Jisoo gave her a reassuring smile and told her to follow her. They walked through the hall which was quite long with many doors on both sides. This apartment was huge, this woman must be very well off.

"That's a nice home, great view. Is that why you chose the highest floor?" Jennie tried to make conversation.

"Oh yeah, that and the building belongs to me." Jisoo explained casually.

"Wait, the whole thing? So evey person who lives here is your lodger?" Jennie was taken aback. She was more well off than she thought.

"That's right." Jisoo revealed that she was the CEO of a real estate agency and she bought this building because it was close to the playground which her daughter loved.

"Here is the bathroom." Jisoo gestured. "You can take your time. I will put some clothes in that you can use when you are done."

"Thank you..." Jennie nodded and entered.

The bathtub was already full of water and bubbles. Jisoo did mention that she messaged her domestic worker to arrange everything when they were in the lift.

Jennie stripped out of her clothes and eagerly submerged into the water. She raised her head and took a deep breath, leaning on her back. She closed her eyes and let the stress of the day wash away.

She was thinking about what Jisoo thought of her now. She hoped she didn't pity her too much or was weirded out by her. Surely she must have made the worst first impression. Good thing she turned out to be a kind woman.

If it was another mom and she would have continued to speak down on her, Jennie might have actually passed out.

When she goes home, she should make Felix dinner, then she needs to figure out when to start her new job and search for another one. Not to forget call the police about her stolen car. That also means they need to wake up early tomorrow and take the bus to kindergarten.
