Was she doing this on purpose? Pennywise stared at her with secret curiosity, his golden gaze gleaming while he watched her lean back against the sofa and relax after their funny little game of Hide 'N' Seek. This was ridiculous. What was this? Why couldn't he feel it? Why couldn't he feel his will to feed anymore? Sure, he still felt it from time-to-time, but that was only towards the kids of Derry now. When he tried it on (Y/n) though...It was a major flop. A total disaster. He just couldn't get it. He didn't understand. Was he becoming less powerful? No. No way. He was the most powerful creature in the universe. Thinking back to their previous conversations, he began to comprehend, stunned by what he was realising. No...There was just no way—

"I just don't get it." "She's so special. Worth so much more. And yet you're just keeping this tasty little girl alive? For what?"

"Then how about...I make you a deal~?"
"What kind of deal...?"
"I'll let you return back home..." "...Ifffffff~"
"...If...?"
"If you spend a little time with me too~"

"It's nothing much~" "I just want to see what makes you so special to the others, that's all."
"-I never said she was." "In fact, you were the one that said it, not me."

"Now, would one of you mind helping me find an exit please? Because, no offence, but I'd really like to go home." "I mean, I don't know about you guys, but these sewer pipes are like a maze to me."
"I'd be happy to, sweetie~"

"Exactly!" "I'm just really, really tired, y'know?"
"Then let's go~" "Wouldn't wanna keep you waiting, now would we~?"
"Mmm..."

"Oh? What's this~?"
"W-uh...ai...t-uh,...WH...AT-UH...!?" [A/N: "Wait, WHAT!?"]
"Please Jason, it's...it's not what you think." "He was having bad dreams, so I let him share the same bed as me. That's all. I promise."

Pennywise on the other hand was absolutely amazed - what with how easily she'd been able to calm down their sudden conflict and gotten them both to listen to her properly. It was...strange, to say the least. Strange, although incredibly intriguing. The killer clown couldn't even come up with a quick-witted response, his crafty grin curling into one of a confused frown instead. She'd managed to calm down not one legendary killer, but two. Just what type of teenage girl was he dealing with here...?

"You sure 'bout that, girlie~?" "You're looking a lil' weak in the knees there. Can you really make it back home?"
"That's cute. You think I care about what you think. I'll give you a little heads-up though - I don't. Sorry~"

"How sweet~"
"Jesus Christ!" "Do you...Do you do that a lot...?"
"Do what a lot~?"
"Disappear and reappear during the day."
"From time-to-time."
"I'll take that as a Yes then."

"Hey, I NEVER said that I never cared." "In fact, she's already been nicer than—"
"(Y/n)—"
"I'll see you guys after class."
"Wait, hold on a second—!"
"What? What do you need now...?"
"I just don't understand. I don't get why us arguing bothers you so much..."
