70.Failed attempt.

You wake up to Jane gently shaking you and whispering something into your ear.

Jane: "Hey, wake up!"

[Y/n]: "Mmmm? Jane, I'm still tired... give me an hour or two and after that we can talk."

Jane: "I know that it's pretty early right now but it's best that you wake up on your own, unless~"

[Y/n]: "Okay, okay! I'll get up!"

You try to get up but something that's on top of you stops you from moving any further. You open your eyes to check what or who it was and saw that it was Helen.

I just hope that this isn't because Helen is on top of me and that there isn't much space for Jane to sleep on.

[Y/n]: "You're not jealous are you?"

Her face goes a little red but her expression stays serious.

Jane: "[y/n], she might be acting friendly right now but don't forget that they are your enemy."

[Y/n]: "I know, but-"

Jane: "I came here to get you out of here and I'd rather leave her here, than let her become a problem later."

[Y/n]: "Jane-"

You stop yourself before saying anything that might cause an argument and remind yourself that she doesn't know what happened when you and Helen got thrown into that cell.

Jane isn't wrong by not trusting her, even though Helen protected me there's a small chance that all of this was acted since she wasn't affected as much as me. Now that I think about it, what exactly happened before I got here? I guess I'll ask questions later. Still, I'm not leaving her behind.

You move your hand towards Helen and instead of getting her off of you like Jane thought you would otherwise she would have stopped you, you try to gently shake her so she would wake up.

Jane: "[y/n]!! You, you idiot!"

She tries to stop you by grabbing onto your hand, that did prevent you from waking Helen up but your other hand was free. Once Jane noticed your other hand, she jumped on top of you and Helen and pushed both of your hands against the bed sheets.

Jane: "[y/n] stop fooling around!"

Helen: "Jane...could you stop *yawn* moving around so much?"

Both you and Jane weren't sure if Helen was awake, so you both stayed still for a bit.

Wait, what am I waiting for?

You try to move but Jane got you completely pinned down.

[Y/n]: "So, uh... what now?"

She let's out a heavy sigh as her eyes focus on yours.

Jane: "You know what? Fine, we'll have it your way but If she turns against us, it'll be your fault."

Jane gets off of the two of you and walks away.

You guessed that she realised how futile it is to try and convince you to leave Helen.

You gently shake Helen a few more times and she wakes up.

Helen: "[y/n]...I'm still so...tired~"

Her arms wrap around you and she goes back to sleep.

[Y/n]: "Helen, It's important."
