𝕴 hummed gently, sucking aimlessly on my blue lollipop, keeping my leather bound book on my lap, though I hadn't really being paying attention to it, and rather watching amusedly the game of muggle scrabble James, Sirius and Regulus were quite literally making a war out of.

"Okay here, one for the number one" James sighed softly, placing the three keys down on the board, Sirius eagerly scribbling down the minimal score, before adding a Z to the word,

"I have added a Z to the one to make it zone" Sirius said proudly, my lips twisting into a smirk at Regulus' emotionless face when he sighed, glancing over the word before adding his letters,

"From your....zone....i'll have oxyphenbutazone" He piped up, nodding to himself with an impressed look, Sirius and James spluttering nonsense as they read over the word, their eyes comically wide, pointing between Regulus and the incredibly long word, "That's 1778 points, dear brother"

"That's not even a word!" James cried out dramatically when Sirius merely blinked at him in refusal to write his score down when it was over a thousand more points than theres, my eyes sparkling as I watched the entertainment, Regulus scoffing and saying in a matter of fact tone,

"I'll have you know, it's a muggle anti-inflammatory drug, which means it is a word, Potter. Don't be sour now with your.....three points, I can help you next time to make you feel better?" He offered with a wicked smirk, James placing his hand on his heart, before pushing him down on the floor,

"I don't need your bloody help, I'm fantastically smart!" The bespectacled boy claimed, Sirius glaring down at the word, checking it over as he counted the points again, ignoring the way his best friend was tackling his little brother. He's getting used to their touchy feely closeness— or well he's trying to, especially since he understands they're obviously pining for each other, though they won't admit it,

"Of course you are, sweetheart. You keep telling yourself that. Get off my fucking rings" Regulus remarked, flipping the both of them over so Regulus was on top of James messing up his hair and glasses in their petty fight, Sirius flipping the board over in exasperation, crumpling the paper with the scores on before trudging over to me with a sulking expression.

Sirius grumbled, flopping himself down on the couch, laying his head down on the snow haired girl's lap when she moved her book for him, his eyes fluttering closed drowning out the sound of his best friend and brother obviously playfully arguing with some flirting mixed in their fight. He softened considerably when he felt her fingers softly running through his hair, his heart warming in his chest from the feeling. He peeked one of his eyes open, reaching up and plucking her lollipop from her lips and popping it in his own mouth, revelling in the sour taste,

"Yes of course, you can have my lollipop" I muttered, staring down at the boy on my lap, occasionally brushing my hands through his hair or trailing over his features as he sucked on the lollipop I was previously having,
