Chapter 12 - Time for some Action

The mandap in the temple was beautifully decorated with flowers. Two majestic chairs were placed in a further corner before which the plates filled with sweets, flowers, coconut, betel leaves and etcs were placed. Two large silver lamps were placed at either side of the plate and all were set for the engagement.

Everyone was running on wheels checking on the arrangements while the two rooms were filled with giggles and laughter. The girls in the cousins' gang were in Anjali's room along with her friends teasing and making her go all red and it was the same case in the men's room too.

Maya: hii... she said peeking into Anjali's room.

Anjali: hii Maya ulla vanga..

Maya smiled before getting into the room and locking the door.

Maya: You look gorgeous, Anjali.

Surya glared at her before they continued to tease each other and the room once again filled with laughter.

Anjali: Maya enna aachu thidirunu silent aita... she asked Maya who went into silence for past 5 minutes.
