Y/n's Pov

This year for Halloween us girls decided to allow the boys choose our costumes. John B was choosing for Sarah, Pope was choosing for Kie and JJ was choosing mine. Which kinda makes me nervous since JJ and I have this flirty thing going on.

Don't get me wrong JJ is my best friend but I've had feelings for him for a while. Which makes it more confusing since we flirt back and forth. Which the only person who knows about my feelings about JJ is John B who is basicly like a brother.

Anyways the girls and I were currently waiting at my house since my parents are the only Kooks who really don't care about the Rivalry between the Kooks and the Pouges. Plus my mom loves my friends.

We were watching some Halloween movies when my mom brought us some snacks. " Where are the boys?" She asked as she gave us the snacks. " Shopping." Sarah said simply. My mom looked confused.

Which I don't blame her cause the boys hate shopping. " Oh they are picking out our Halloween costumes. Kinda gives us girls some time to have girl time since they are always up our butts." I explain more. " You mean JJ is always up your butt since he's always here." My mom teased.

I rolled my eyes at her as Sarah and Kie giggled. " What do you and JJ do when everyone else ain't around?" Kie asked my mom. " Watch TV, cuddle, eats. Sometime he even spends the night." My mom mentions. I couldn't help but blush since they didn't know that JJ is basicly always over.

Not long after there was a knock on the door. " I'll get it." I jumped up and ran towards the door. " Someone's excited." My mom mentions as she walks into the living room. I answered the door to see Pope, John B and JJ. " Come in, the girls are in my room.

They all hugged me and said hello as they came in. " How long have they been here?" Pope asked. " All day." I mention as I show them to my room. " Finally." I heard Sarah say. John B gave her a hug and handed her a bag.

Pope did the same with Kie with her costume and JJ handed me mine. " Fashion show time." JJ Joked as he jumped on my bed. " Ohh 3 beautiful lady's trying on costumes? Definitely a fashion show go get ready we will wait." John B agrees with JJ.

JJ's Pov

Y/n, Sarah and Kiara went into the bathroom so it was only us Y/n's Room. " So when are you and Y/n gonna get together. Or at least hook up?" Pope asked. " I don't know what you mean, she's my best friend." I explain to them.

Which causes them to laugh. " Please you guys act like you're dating anyways. Nothing won't change much. Plus she's so into you." John B mentions as he ate some snacks that were on the bed. " Shes into me?" I look at my best friend.

He smirks and nods. " Sarah told me that
Y/n told her about her feelings towards you. But you know her. She's not gonna say anything cause you mean to much to her." I couldn't help but smile.

A few moments later Sarah came out in her Little Red Ridinghood costume. We cheered her on has she sat next to John B and gave him a kiss. " You look great." John B complemented her. Pope and I agreed as the next came out.

Kie came out in a cowgirl hat. We cheered again as he threw her hat at Pope which caused him to blush. " I actually like this." She smiled as she sat between Pope and I.

Last but not least was Y/n. She came out in the police officer costume I got her. I couldn't help but admire her curves. I knew she was gonna look amazing but I didn't know she was gonna look this great.

I was pulled out of my thought when I felt someone hit me with a pillow. I looked over to see that Pope was holding the pillow. " You okay man?" He asked. I quickly nodded as I covered my lap.

" Well us girls are gonna go do our makeup while you guys get ready." Sarah mentioned as they grabbed their stuff and left again. " You may wanna take a cold shower." John B teases. " Shut up and leave me alone." I blush as I grabbed my costume.

Y/n's Pov

Kie, Sarah and I were finishing getting ready when Sarah Spoke up. " Did you see the way JJ was looking at you?" She laughed a little. " She's right. He was looking at you like you were the only girl in the world." Kie added.

I rolled my eyes at them. " He did the same with you guys." I mentioned as we finished up. " No he didn't stare at us like he did with you. He didn't even know what to say when you came out." Sarah explained. " Not only that he's into you." Kie mentions again.

I blushed at the words as we went to check on the boys to see if they were ready. To my suprise JJ was also dressed as a police officer. " You got us matching costumes?" I ask him shyly. He smiled and nodded at me. " Duh you look gorgeous. I don't need someone like Rafe thinking he can have you." He mentioned.

I smiled at how protective he was getting. We didn't move from looking at each other. We were to caught up that we didn't realize that the others had left the room. I could tell that he wanted to say something.

" What's wrong." I ask him. He didn't answer. He kept looking at me until his eyes looked down at my lips than back into my eyes. I didn't  waste any time by pulling him close and kissing him.

He instantly kissed me back as he wrapped his arms around me. It didn't take long for the moment to be ruined by the cheering of our friends. I pulled away blushing and hiding my face. JJ just smiled and kissed my head.

" It's about time. I was tired of hearing how much you guys like each other and not doing anything about it." Kie mentioned as the others agreed. " Oh Shut up." JJ and I said at the same time.Which caused everyone else to laugh.
