"The Beast of Beacon Hills"

Casey and Tye had been racing through the tunnels, checking them and marking the intersections that they had gone through. Right up until they had gotten so dizzy, that they had decided to take a break and head back up to the surface.

Meanwhile, Beatrice was sitting on the floor across from Deucalion in the operating theater as Joshua Diaz was studying the Dread Doctor mask.

"Thanks to your abilities that allow you to absorb electricity and dispense it, the mask won't kill you. But if you don't want to do it, you don't really have to be the one to put the mask on." Beatrice noted as Josh raised his eyebrows at her. "I will put it on." She said and Josh looked over at Theo and Beatrice walked over to the mask.

"It will kill you, Beatrice, even before you could even find the identity of the Beast." Theo noted and Beatrice picked it up.

"A real werewolf alpha would never ask one of their pack to do something that they wouldn't do themselves willingly." Beatrice said and she was studying the mask. "I would do it, but I have a family dependin' on me." She said and they all looked at her. "I'm a Hale, I can't afford to put this on and not survive." She said and put it back down.

"Not so willing to do it?" Theo questioned with a taunting tone and Beatrice was shaking her head at the words.

"You are honestly not going to be able to bait me into doing something, that I don't want to do. Just ask Deucalion, since he has been scarily silent for the last few hours." Beatrice responded to Theo with an even tone of voice.

"If I was in your position, little Hale, I would not really want to put that mask on either." Deucalion noted and Theo looked over at him and raised his eyebrows. "After all, she has new family on the way. Two little heartbeats, right along with Casey's familiar heartbeat. She has learned to control it over the years, but it still rises whenever she sees a flame." Deucalion noted.

"What's your point?" Theo asked sharply as Beatrice looked over at the blind alpha, also wondering that very same thing.

"Beatrice can completely inhibit her own scent. None of us would be able to tell where she was by her scent, if she so chose to do so. She could be out of here and gone, you would not be able to tell which way she went. So, what exactly is keeping her here?" Deucalion knew how to push buttons.

Deucalion got up as he was standing up straight, as he was pulling out the tube in his arm. "I told you I wanted Scott McCall's eyes. That's why I let you take me. Though, I have been a willing guest this entire time." He said.

"I'm leaving here, before someone gets killed." Beatrice noted and Tracy darted in front of her with a hiss and Beatrice snapped out her own claws on either hand. "Get out of my way."

"Traitor!" Tracy snarled and Beatrice's face changed and with a roar, Tracy lunged for her.

Beatrice caught onto Tracy's wrist swiftly and she broke it quickly and Tracy screamed in pain and in rage at the sound, Beatrice kicked Tracy in the back and she was sent down onto the floor.

Josh roared and sent a blast of electricity at Beatrice, who avoided it quickly and grabbed the device off of the floor, where Decaulion had dropped it and she smacked Josh across the head. He backed up as his face was already healing. "I'm leaving and none of you except for Deucalion, could stop me." Beatrice said coldly as she dropped the brace onto the floor.

"Well done, little wolf. You should take these." Deucalion tossed the jar with Belasko's talons at her, and with a move, she caught the jar. "Go and find your family, little wolf, before it is too late." Deucalion reminded her and Beatrice nodded, tucking the jar into her pocket and she was walking out of the operating theater.

||Beacon Hills High,

Boys' Locker Room||

Casey looked at Beatrice, who was pacing impatiently as Scott and Liam were late. "Remind me again, why Casey's here?" Theo asked.

"Because Beatrice asked me to be. Does it really matter why?" Casey shot back.

After it was all said and done, Casey was riding after them on an ATV and they all looked at her.

"I'm not supernatural, idiots." She signed at them and when they got close enough, she shut off the engine and followed them.

Beatrice snapped out her claws and she carefully walked into the area as Casey brought up the rear.

All three of the Dread Doctors were now in the area with them and Casey held a gun in her hands. "Casey, call Tye. We might just need him for this one." Beatrice said and Casey's eyes narrowed.

"Theo... Theo Raeken." The surgeon stated and then, Theo's eyes flashed at the words.

"He's coming with us." Theo said quickly at the words and Scott was standing up, while Casey and Liam tried to help Mason get whatever it was, out of his neck.

"Failure... Theo Raeken."

"I'm not a failure."

"He is just trying to get into your head, Theo, don't let him." Beatrice said as Casey hit the floor, as Beatrice looked around at her. "What?"

"We won't be able to pull it out. Not right now, not without just potentially killing him. Buy us time." Casey signed and Beatrice nodded.

"Not a complete failure. We learned from you. The mark of a true failure. Repeating the same mistake again and again." The surgeon said and Beatrice could smell the anger, pain and rage.

"We're taking Mason. Then I am taking what's mine." Theo roared at the Dread Doctors and Theo took on one, while Beatrice ran for another.

Scott and Liam were both being beaten and in a rage, Beatrice threw back her head and she roared, letting out a terrible howl.

A shape slammed into the nearest Dread Doctor and the surgeon was sent flying, slamming hard into the wall of the shelter.

Tye sped towards another one real quickly as Beatrice moved out of the way and Tye threw the Geneticist backward.

Until suddenly, Mason's eyes had glowed blue and he was transforming without frequency, he was just now turning into the Beast.

Beatrice looked at Tye, who was dragging Casey out of the way and the two Hales had put themselves between the deputy and the raging Beast of Gevaudan.

The Beast had torn two of the Dread Doctors easily apart and Beatrice was shaking her head, as she followed them out of the shelter and Casey was looking at Tye. "When did you get so strong?" Casey asked.

"I had the element of surprise on my side. It wasn't really some sort of miracle thing, I just had surprise on my side. Let's go." Tye said and Beatrice nodded, as the two of them together, they raced off after Parrish and the Beast.
