Dark Tales is an excellent oneshot compilation written by the talented deewiwi, who won third place in the Eclipse Awards, oneshot category. This oneshot compilation is masterfully crafted and well-deserving of awards.

The main strength is the characters since every new chapter introduces new, realistic people to cheer for or against. The themes in the story are another highlight since the dark side of the narrative allows readers to think and feel. I don't think I've ever read a oneshot compilation that goes out of its way to give the readers an engaging read with heartbreaking endings and complex themes. This is quite possibly one of the most complex BTS fanfics I have ever read; it has countless moving parts that come together to form a coherent narrative that evokes strong emotions from the reader.
Overall, it's a fantastic read.
