"WHERE'S THE WIFI" Alex asked. "I'm literally getting no signal here."
"Due to the island's location, it is not possible to attain internet connection, or use any electronics here whatsoever." Kyle said pleasantly.
There it was; a bomb that nearly wiped everyone out.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN!!!!" everyone hollered, except Tess who didn't even have an email, let alone need solid wifi connection, even when she was at home.
I'm just hoping I can practice badminton, thought Henry.
Maira's eyes widened as she realized, Who the hell is going to run my city!? She almost started to hyperventilate, but Kyle interrupted just in time.
"Now, now" Kyle reassured, "you will be well entertained. We have made sure to supply everyone with something to occupy yourselves, be it art supplies, pen and paper, or even a badminton court." That simmered them down a bit. All except for Alex, whose entire world revolved around the internet. He had all the life drained out of him.
"Let us go to our destination. Shall we?" Kyle suggested as he waved them onto the bus.
Like ants, the alumni filed into the bus awaiting what their peculiar host had in store for them.
