Diagnose me pls.
I'm that type of person na hindi magsasalita hangga't di ako ang unang kakausapin. I'm trying naman to adjust, ino-observe ko the way they act and the way the speak kapag nagustuhan ko o feeling ko magiging click, ita-try kong kausapin pero kapag hindi ko trip hindi ko talaga kakausapin. Unlike before na as in dedma talaga ako sa mga tao sa paligid ko.
I'm not introvert, anti social neither. In fact, marami akong kaibigan at maingay at makulit akong tipo ng kaibigan. Pero yung weakness ko talaga ay yung meeting stage to strangers. Kaya kadalasan kapag new environment, if I won't talk and them likewise, hindi ko talaga sila makakausap.
Psych student ako but I don't know the exact term for this. I'm shy, I hate rejection na baka kapg kinausap ko dedmahin ako or sabihan akong feeling close, I guess with the blend of being judgmental siguro dahil bini-base ko lahat sa observations thru their actions without even knowing them better. Parang I'm judging the book by its cover. I don't know talaga. Help me mga ka-psych. Anyone knows the exact term of my condition?
