To My Future Partner
I don't know if we already met, or we are just about to meet each other. So, to the man whom I'll spend the rest of my life with, I want you to remember these things;
1. I am very possessive. I easily get jealous especially when I see someone flirting with you. It does not mean that I don't trust you, it's just that there are so many thieves in the Philippines. 2. I don't eat chocolates. Some people would say I don't know what's delicious, but I do not care. Chocolates may probably be everyone's favorite, but I really don't like it. So, when you court me or we celebrate special events, don't dare giving me chocolates nor any chocolate cake. 3. I am clingy. This is actually one of the reasons why my ex broke up with me, but I don't find anything wrong about it. I just want to express my affection to the person that I love in every way I can. If you can't show the world how much you love me, then definitely we're not for each other. 4. I'm not anybody's ideal person. I'm not tall, I'm not rich, I don't have a white complexion, nor an attention-seeking look, I don't even dress well, and I am not everyone's dream partner, but I can give you the riches of love, happiness, and freedom. If you can't accept my imperfections, then I don't deserve you. Lastly, I hope you can accept the fact that I can't ever give you a child, but we can still adopt if you want to. And when the time comes that I'll be on my deathbed, I want you to remember all the memories that we had. I want you to kiss me, for the last time, before I'll go to the other side of the world
