Antonio turned to Atwater. "Why didn't you just tell her the only two real parents she's ever had died, oh but then I guess you know what's best for her. Voight and I decide, Jay asked us. Now I'm going to look for them." Halfway down the hall Antonio found Charlie crying on Kensi's shoulder. "Did you hear all of that?"
Charlie didn't answer, but Kensi nodded her head. "No, but I did. Charlie's just been sitting here crying, she only wants Jay and Erin, I've tried to move her but she won't budge."
Antonio was down at Charlie's level. "Hey. Jay and Erin are fighters okay."
"Do you promise?" Was all Charlie asked.
"Yes, honey I promise." Picking Charlie up off the floor. "Now come on let's get back into the waiting room." Both Antonio and Kensi held Charlie up by her arms and lead her to a chair. Antonio handed Charlie Jay's things.
