(One weeks later)

The golden crest is what we found out to be Apollo and Artemis. We've been traveling for a while now. We're almost to where the two gods are, which we found out is a abandoned building by Iris who tipped us off.

Supplies is getting dreadfully low. And I'm getting nervous.

But let's cut the crap. I know all of you don't care about this stupid quest. You just want to know about Leo and I's relationship, also, you're probably wondering why I'm breaking the forth-wall. That's not important.

Well, Leo and I have become friends over a the past week, turns out he's a real good guy if you get to know him.

Frankly, this friendship blossomed really quickly, which I didn't mind. I had started to grow a small crush on the boy, but I'd never say anything, no way am I breaking that bet we made.

Well, let's get back to the story, shall we?

I sat across from Leo at the diner. "It was really nice of your father to give us some money for our quest, since we ran out of food" Leo said, taking a sip of soda.

I nodded sluggishly. I was overtired, I hadn't slept well. I had nightmares of past events. I was too scare to ask Leo for comfort, so I stayed up all night.

But the was difficult, it was getting colder, since today was officially the first day of winter, I froze a lot at night, but I couldn't bother Leo and asked to sleep with him.

I nodded "yeah..." I muttered, playing with the straw in my cup of water.

"(Y/N) what's wrong?" Leo asked me. I shook my head "nothing" I muttered absentmindedly.

He glared at me—or at least he tried "tell me what's wrong?" he asked quietly. I blinked hard at him "it's nothing" I said sternly.

He shook his head "I know you were up all night, shivering, staying away from me, I was awake you know" Leo finally said.

I was once more shocked. I actually thought he was asleep. Damnit.

I shook my head "seriously, it was nothing. It was just the cold keeping me up..." I said with a small smile.

Leo shook his head but got off the subject "anyway...So who do you think captured Apollo and Artemis?" Leo asked.

I shrugged "someone powerful, I guess" I said, resting my head on my arm as out food arrived.

Leo nodded "I mean, Apollo and Artemis are pretty powerful gods" he admitted. "True that" I said, picking at my food.

I nodded and went silent. Eating my food and slightly sipping my drink. I wasn't in the mood for much more talking. Leo obviously caught on. I think that why he didn't say anything to me for the rest of the time in the diner.

Leo was a good friend...Oh wait, didn't I say that already?
