Hannah's POV
I sighed as I pulled my hoodie over my head and threw on my sweats after my shower. I threw my hair up and pulled on some socks before I headed out to the living room to sit with Ash while we waited for the boys to get back with dinner.
"You feel better after your shower?" She asked sympathetically as I plunked down beside her and sighed.
"Yeah. I think I just had to let it settle in. It all happened so fast and I've never seen anything like that before."
"Neither have I...Harry really kicked his ass." She chuckled. "He was really asking for it though, what was he even thinking making those kind of comments? What an idiot."
The image of Harry on top of Luke and pounding his fists into his face wasn't something I would soon forget. Even when Luke's friend jumped in, he literally threw him off and knocked him out with one punch. It was pretty obvious he'd been in a lot of fights in his life, and I suddenly realized just how well he was able to defend himself.
"I dunno, I just know this isn't the end of it." I sighed.
"What you mean?"
"I mean you know Luke, he's not gonna just go away because Harry beat his face in. If anything, it's gonna make spur him on. Everything is about ego with him, Harry bruised his ego and now he's gonna do god knows what to prove how much better he is."
"I hate to say it, but you're totally right. I just don't know what's gonna happen if he runs into Harry and Brian again. The only reason Brian didn't kick his ass himself was because I was there." She sighed.
We both knew the entire situation wasn't simple, things never were when male egos were involved. We could only hope they didn't run into each other and Luke stayed away from me for the most part, but we also knew it was wishful thinking.
"Anyways, enough about Satan, I guess your talk with Harry went well?"
I laughed at her nickname for Luke, and smiled when I thought of how things had gone with Harry. He'd made me feel so much better and I'd felt so much closer to him after I'd been able to get everything off my chest.
"Yeah. I kind of broke down and cried when I told him all about Luke and how much it screwed me up. I told him I was scared and I think he understood why. He was so good about it, he let me cry and make an idiot of myself and he was so sweet about it. I feel a lot better now that I got it all out." I shrugged.
"See, I knew he'd be good about it. What did he have to say about the whole Angie thing?"
"He was frustrated when I told him that I'd been jealous and had a really sweet speech about how crazy I was for possibly thinking she could ever compare to me. He said he didn't even remember her name or recognize her face because he didn't give a fuck and it was just sex. Actually, when she tried to flirt with him today before the game he just grabbed me and kissed me and she looked so bummed. It was amazing." I laughed.
"Have I mentioned yet how much I love Harry?" She smiled as the boys came through the door carrying pizza and wings, laughing to themselves about something that had happened on the way.
Ash and I got up off the couch to grab some plates and met the boys in the kitchen as they both shoved breadsticks in their mouths.
"Jesus Christ, babe. Chew." Ashley laughed as I looked over at Brian to see both of his cheeks full like a squirrel hoarding nuts for the winter.
I laughed as I walked over to them, standing beside Harry as I grabbed a couple pieces of pizza.
"Thanks." He smiled as I handed him a plate.
