"[The rest of this is in the replies, because I wrote this in Word not knowing it was like double the character limit.] okay

Name: Shizuko Tomoe
Age: Nineteen (I know just how overused this age is but it's primarily to fit the story in a decade later after a critical point in her life.) alright. I don't think it's that overused though
Fandom: Original (I'm horrible at fandom characters lol) same
Gender: Female
Appearance: Stands at around 5"3, with long white hair that ends around her mid-thigh (this is a kinda thing where white hair isn't nessesarily uncommon. It's a fantasy-esque realm so people just think it's some sort of magic her parents had held). Okay. She has pale green eyes, though she is completely blind in her right due to damage from a fire. Said fire also permantly scarred the majority of the right side of her face, and she covers it with bangs as she is rather insecure overall. Regardless of context she almost always wears a red muffler, mostly to cover the remaining scars that her hair couldn't hide. Shizuko is fair skinned and typically wears kimonos and sweatshirts- pretty much anything long sleeved and semi baggy (think of it as a security blanket of sorts. It makes her comfortable to hide as much skin as possible). Okay Another rather defining physical feature is the hair pins that she always wears, which add up to 12 in roman numerals (this is an inside little easter egg, as the number twelve is said to mean staying happy and optimistic). That's so cool
Species: Human
Sexuality: Aromantic/Asexual okay
Powers: N/A good
Strengths: She's rather talented at violin, specifically classical. Her IQ is above average though she is nowhere near a genius. Good. She has rather quick reflexes and is incredibly observant of others around her. I like her so far. Good but not too good. "Weaknesses: Extremely insecure, mostly caused by trauma. She is almost completely dependant on a close friend to her, and talking to or being around a lot of people at a time makes her uncomfortable and sometimes causes her to panic. Has a lot of trouble  speaking for herself and at times ends up forgetting she even has a voice to use. She has severe anxiety even years later due to an event that will be explained in her backstory. Polar
Personality: Has a tendancy to stray from others she doesn't know and it takes her friend to give her any confidence to speak up. Around those she knows she acts rather cheery. She gets extremely upset if you try to grab at her bangs or muffler, and the only people that can would be those that she trusts above literally anything. Though she is generally friendly and acts quite innocent, her actions tend to come of as aloof due to her lack of interaction with most people. Spends a lot of her time on music, and because of how much she was pushed by her family to practice sometimes she'll stay up for countless hours on a single piece. Okay Despite all of this she always tries to stay cheerful and optimistic around Aya (the friend) so as to not worry her. However, both of them are aware that she's going through a lot on a day-to-day basis. And for good reason too." (Sorry about this but the backstory is mostly about what happens before the present in her universe) alright
.
Backstory: Shizuko I love the first name btw came from a somewhat wealthy family, though they weren't rich or anything. Even though her parents pushed her rather hard on her violin, her mother specifically, they were still close. When she was nine, however, a candle tipped in the middle of the night and the house was quickly engulfed in flame. Shizuko being the heavy sleeper she is took too long to wake to smoke alarms and only did when the fire had spred into her bedroom. Desperately, she opened her window and jumped out and into a few feet of snow. She didn't escape completely unharmed, however, and the fire, instead of killing her, caught the right side of her face. She barely got far before she fainted. Her household was rather secluded and away from neighbors due to her parents' secrecy about their private life. Despite this it wasn't that long before a passerby saw the rising flames and alerted the police. She was rushed to the hospital and after a few months ended up being taken care of by the family of Aya Kazeyama, an incredibly close friend of hers that had practically been connected at the hip with Shizuko. Wow. Dark. Almost ten years later, she still stays right at Aya's side, and became almost completely dependant on her.
Close friends: Aya Kazeyama (OC)
People she dislikes: Kyoko Kazeyama (OC, and Aya's twin sister. She was a rather judgemental and manipulative person which went against practically all of Shizuko's morals. Aya and Kyoko had a fallout about two years prior to present.) okay that makes sense.
