Backstory: Teresa was born in Coast city. She always loved plants and the nature in general. When she was 10 years old, she and her parents moved to Central City for her mother's work. When Teresa first moved out, her parents moved back to Coast City. He started working at a flower shop and bought a cat. She sounds like Peggy lol.
Appearance: Middle long, (some kind of) brown hair that shines coppery in sunlight. Some freckles. She is average height. She wears a pastelly green jacket. The rest is up to the reader. I like It
Species: meta-human
Cool
Strengths: good at math, friendly, can take jokes. Pretty smart over all
What's her powers
ALSO SHE CAN TAKE A JOKE YAY I ALREADY LIKE HER BETTER THAN HALF THE PEOPLE ON WATTPAD (that was a joke calm down)
Weaknesses: cats, some people say that she's too kind for her own good, she easily forgets things

As you probably have noticed, it's not a very developed story and character but I hope that this will help me in some way
Overall: really like It! You should develop it more from a caricature to an actual person and you need to come up with a way that she will influence the story and not just be a prop. Best of luck!
