Thankyou so much to @Nightfynn for suggesting this youtube channel called Fictional Crystals because I was deep diving into all these videos when I find this simple theory that just blew my mind and it wasn't even the main focus of the video, it was mentioned for like less than a minute just as evidence. Anyway, she explained this picture:

This was drawn by a VLD crew member before season 2, so before Keith's Galra reveal but after Pidge's gender reveal.
Pidge is holding the "gender" sign looking kinda nervous while Allura is embracing her. As we know, Allura was the first to confront Pidge about her gender and wanted to help her.
Keith is holding the "race" sign with a lil timid smile while Hunk has a supportive hand on his shoulder. During season 2 when Keith was having a hard time with his race, especially when it came to his relationship with Allura, Hunk was the most supportive and accepting.

Lance is holding the "LGBT" sign, looking nervous like Keith and Pidge, and Shiro is helping him out, so there is a possibility that in the future Lance will have a sexuality arc in which Shiro will be the supportive role #SpaceDad
This was drawn by a crew member with purpose so if not season 5, maybe in a later season we will get a sexuality arc. The fact that it was drawn before season 2 but still features Keith and Hunk means that whoever drew it knows where the story is heading.
But hey-- that's just a theory!
