Jay's P.O.V.

I was so happy for the two of them, I honestly didn't know how Phil had managed to keep it a secret from both Dan and I for months but I was proud of him. They both seemed so excited about it, Dan had red rimmed eyes from crying with happiness and they both acted bouncer than usual, not wanting to let go of each others hand.

I was glad that Louise was coming around because I did want some company that weren't Dan and Phil, who were almost dizzy with happiness and not the best to be around if you didn't want to be around loud noises.

"Can I tell Anais?" Dan glanced over at me, shrugging.

"I don't mind, as long as she doesn't tell anyone else for a little while. The video's going out in just under 2 weeks, so we have to wait." I nodded, carefully manoeuvring myself to grab my crutches and then I stood up, going upstairs to my room.

Moving around was becoming more and more difficult because of my stomach and it was making walking difficult. It was hard enough that I was still getting used to walking on a prosthetic, but adding in the bonus of weighing twice as much as you did before it was basically impossible.

Occasionally it took up to 5 minutes to get up the stairs and even then I sometimes had to ask Dan or Phil to help me get up them.

My room was a complete tip as I hadn't had the energy to do anything about it. There were clothes strewn across the floor and my duvet was on the other side of the room, my computer on my desk charging in the corner. I sighed, heading to my laptop to contact Anais.

I was still without a phone and although I didn't mind, it made contacting people on the go much more difficult, even though I wasn't exactly on the go anymore.

'Hey Anais, guess what just happened!' It only took two minutes for the reply to come through.

'WHAT HAPPENED! WAS IT EXCITING!' I laughed.

'Yes it was exciting... guess.'

'WHAT HAPPENED! DID SOMEONE DIE!' I snorted under my breath.

'No someone didn't die... Phil proposed to Dan this morning... while they were in their onesies.' I could almost hear the squealing on the other side of the computer.

'NOOOOOOOOOOO! YOU'RE KIDDING!?!?! ngfbgfvbgnthergedfbngjtehyrteaf!!!' I laughed, knowing she was completely freaking out on the other side.

'Stop freaking out XD it's chill, Louise is coming around later.'

'okay, okay, I'll chill just come talk to me later okay.' I nodded to myself, closing the laptop and standing up again.

I looked around the room before standing up and heading back down the stairs with my laptop in hand. I didn't want to have to go upstairs again to get anything so I took it back down with me, making sure I didn't trip on the way down with only one hand to hold onto the railing.

When I got back down Dan was sprawled on the couch with a blanket over his chest and a pillow behind his head, while Phil was sitting on he ground, his back up against the couch. I smiled at them before settling in on one of the couches, waiting for Louise to show.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Hellooooooo!!! I'm here!" Dan jumped to his feet to go and greet her and Phil followed, more slowly mind you, and I heard the cheering the hallway. I knew that Louise was fangirling and probably jumping around, excited as all hell.

"Hey Jay!" I looked up and waved at her, my laptop open on my lap and she leaned over to hug me, squeezing me gently. "Good to see you again, how's everything?" I shrugged.

"Okay, it's getting harder to move." She nodded.

"Yeah that sounds about right." She sat down beside me and Dan and Phil sat on the couch opposite, the two rings glinting in the light of the afternoon- considering that the boys had spent all morning, 6+ hours, filming their video.

I lay back on the couch and just closed my eyes as Louise, Dan and Phil started to talk about random things, YouTube among them, just leaving me to sit in silence and think. It was nice to take a little break while being in the same room as other people who didn't constantly question or force me to talk.

It had been like that at school when I was there over the past few weeks, people asking me questions and stuff like that. Even with my loose t-shirts some people had picked up on my expanding stomach and although my closest friends, including Anais and Carmen, hadn't questioned it, a few people I didn't know well had.

Alexa, Carmen and the others had made sure that people stayed well out of my way after I told them what had happened and became very protective of me when we were in class together or at lunch.

Glancing down at my laptop I saw a couple of new messages from Anais, who was spamming me to try and get my attention.

'Jay!'

'ANSWER MEEEEEEEEEEEEE'

'I'M BORED!' I snorted under my breath before replying.

'Yes hi I'm back, Louise is here now.'

'Oh okay... I'm still bored.' I sighed, Anais was very easily bored and it really didn't help things.

We were still together and although we didn't see each other often it was nice to just chat over Skype, sometimes in a call and sometimes just over messages, but we kept in touch. Because she was in her second last year of high school she had exams a lot of the time and there wasn't a lot of time during school to see her.

I turned onto my side, resting one of the pillows under my stomach to try and get more comfortable. Louise noticed my discomfort because she pulled my shoulders so my head was resting on her stomach and she placed a pillow under my stomach, where it was more comfortable.

I yawned, closing my eyes tiredly and then furrowed my brows, placing one hand over my stomach.

"You okay Jay?" Louise asked, her hand landing on my shoulder.

"I think I just felt him kick."
