Jughead messaged you that his Dad can drive you two and he has a black tie so you wore a black dress to match.
You put on the black dress (see photo above). You curled the ends of your H/C hair and placed a black rose hair clip in your hair.
"Oh F/N you look gorgeous." Veronica gasped.
"So do you." You said and hugged her.
You got a text from Jughead that said. "I'm here."
"I'm going to go." You said.
"You look wonderful have fun." Mom said.
You smiled and left. You saw the car and you got into the back of the car.
"It's nice to meet you F/N I'm FP Jughead's Dad." FP said.
"It's nice to meet you too." You said.
"So you are Hiram's daughter?" He asked.
"Yes." You said.
"You sure don't carry yourself rich." FP commented.
"Money is just a material thing it doesn't matter." You said.
"Tell that to your father." FP said with a laugh.
"Dad." Jughead said.
"You look good F/N." Jughead said.
"So do you." You said.
FP pulled up to the school.
"You two have fun." FP said.
"We will." Jughead said.
"Thank you for driving us." You said.
"No problem." FP said.
You and Jughead got out of the car.
You walked in together and it was decorated with a picture of a boy you thought was Jason since he did look like Cheryl and there were Christmas lights hung up.
"Can we leave yet." Jughead whispered.
"We haven't even been here for five minutes." You said.
"I see Archie, Veronica, and Betty." You said.
"Veronica your sister?" He asked.
"Yes." You said.
"Can we not go by them." Jughead said.
"Yeah we can just enjoy ourselves." You said.
You saw Cheryl on stage.
"Good evening friends aren't you all having a good time?" She asked and everyone cheered.
"As honorary chair person and it's an honor to introduce tonight's entertainment. To know them is to be obsess with them. They usually perform their own material tonight they are making an exception and are debuting a cover of a song my parents claim they were listening to. This one is for you JJ." Cheryl said.
"I give you Josie and the Cats." She said and everyone cheered.
You and Jughead were standing there and he looked at you.
"Want to dance?" He asked with a slight blush.
"Sure." You said.
You wrapped your arms around his neck and he put his hands on your sides and you two moved together.
"Sorry I'm not a great dancer." You said.
"I'm not either but you are doing fine." He said.
"So are you." You said and he smiled.
The song was over and you both clapped.
"Hey where did you get that bracelet?" Jughead asked pointing to your diamond bracelet you always wear.
"Like my sister has her pearl necklace. My dad gave me this bracelet as a gift years ago. Since it was from my dad and I was young it had a meaning so I always wear it. It's special to me since my dad gave it to me." You said smiling at it. "Reminds me even if I don't exactly look like them or act like them I'm still a Lodge." You added.
"That's sweet." Jughead said.
"Want to bounce?" You asked.
"Sure. Where do you want to go?" He asked.
"Your plans let's get your laptop and head to Pops." You said with a smile.
He smiled and you two left and went to his house first.
"This is my humble home." He said.
"It's nice." You said.
"Don't lie it's not the best but it gets by." He said.
"I'm going to get my laptop be right back." He said.
You waited outside for what felt like forever but he came out with his bag that has his laptop in it.
"Come on." He said and you nodded.
You two made it to Pops and you two ordered burgers and milkshakes.
It was now midnight and you saw Archie and he walked over.
"Can I sit Jughead and F/N?" He asked.
"If you want." Jughead said and you moved in.
"I didn't expect you to be the formal type Jug." He said.
"I left after a song with F/N it was getting boring." He said.
"What are you working on?" Archie asked.
"My novel. It's about this summer and Jason Blossom." Jughead said.
"17 teen years old and how will he be remembered? As captain of the water polo team?" Archie asked.
"Considering how he died probably not." Jughead said.
"What I mean is he was doing everything he was suppose to do everything he wanted. Did he even know what it was?" Archie asked.
"He might of." You said.
"Coach Clayton was in here talking to Pop Tate. Varsity does that make you what Mr popular football guy now?" Jughead asked.
"No. In fact I'm kinda terrified a lot because I lost my best friend tonight." Archie said.
"You mean Betty whatever happened just talk to her." Jughead said.
"Talking can go a long way." You said.
"Would of went a long way with me." Jughead said.
Archie got up and left.
"Jughead it's getting late I should head home." You said.
Jughead nodded.
"Goodbye Jughead. Thank you for tonight I really enjoyed it." You said.
"I enjoyed it too. Thanks for making me go." He said.
You smiled and handed him some money for the bill and left.
