Everyone was out of class and you watched as Cheryl's parents dragged her away.
You were at home sitting with Veronica.
"I can't believe what Cheryl said." You said.
"Same. I also can't believe your friend is Jughead." Veronica said with a smirk.
"Moving on from that." You said.
"No it was cute that you defended him." Veronica said and you blushed.
"I'm going to bed goodnight." You said.
"Goodnight love struck teen." Veronica teased.
It was school and you were sitting in the lounge.
"So are we all suspects?" Veronica asked.
"My Dad said yes including me." Kevin said.
"Not me and Roni. We don't know these people." You said.
"I've got a date tonight." Veronica said.
"With who?" You asked.
"I'll swing by the Pembrooke and pick you up at 8." Chuck said.
"I'll be waiting." Veronica said.
"Cool." He said.
"Chuck Clayton?" Betty asked.
"You are going on a date with Chuck?" Kevin asked.
Veronica smiled.
"He's kinda a player." Betty said.
"Who cares he's varsity hot." Kevin said.
You were with Jughead and you two were walking.
"I'm joining the Blue and Gold." Jughead said.
"That's great Jug." You said.
"Do you know what it is?" He asked.
"The newspaper right?" You asked.
"Correct." Jughead smiled.
"Want to help me?" He asked.
"I think Betty wants it to be just you and her." You said with a hint of jealousy.
"Why do you think that?" He asked.
"One she would of asked me and two she looks like she's developing a crush on you." You commented.
"Betty? The girl who is literally in love with Archie." Jughead said with a laugh.
"You are a catch Jug." You said and he blushed.
"A beanie wearing loner is a catch?" Jughead asked.
"Yep." You said.
"You are such a weirdo." Jughead said.
You laughed and started to play with your bracelet.
You noticed Jughead watching you.
"You play with your bracelet when you are embarrassed don't you?" He asked.
"Smart. It's a habit." You said.
"Also I could see the jealousy when you were talking about Betty liking me?" Jughead whispered.
Your heart stopped and you blushed.
"It's cute." He said and walked away leaving you a blushing mess.
