Peter climbs in through the window as Spider-man while Tony is trying to take care of paparazzi. But what happens when Peter finds out why the paparazzi is here and suddenly becomes someone no one knew. An angry overprotective spider. Let's see what happens.

Peter climbed in through the window tired after a looooong night of patrolling that led into the next morning. So naturally Peter decided since he patrolled all night why not also do morning patrol? So that's what he did and boy was that a stupid idea cause man! Was he tired. Peter was brought to reality when he heard yelling. He looked and saw he climbed into one of the conference rooms that dealt with conferences and paparazzi for the Avengers. Peter climbed onto the ceiling and tried listening to what the people were saying when he understood.

"How could you let a killer live with you Tony Stark?!"

"Why don't you throw him into jail? He's a killer a MURDERER"

"Yeah why do you let evil live with you?!!!! We thought you got rid of the evil!!"

"OBVIOUSLY THE WINTER SOLDIER IS EVIL"

Reporters yelled. Peter's blood boiled.

Bucky! A killer! Much less a MURDERER! NEVER!!!!

Tony tried calming everyone down but that did nothing, so when Peter landed behind Tony with his mask 'eyes' turning black and red quickly everyone quieted.

"Thank you now let me make this clear Bucky is NOT a killer much less a murder ok?" Tony stated firmly not noticing Peter. A Reporter scoffs,

"YEAH RIGHT ISN'T HE THE ONE THAT KILLED YOUR PARENTS!!!!" The reporter yelled. Tony froze but Peter, oh god Peter, he didn't. He jumped of the stage and grabbed the man by the shirt and slammed him against the wall. With a deadly calm voice Peter spoke so everyone could hear him.

"Listen here and listen clearly because I hate repeating myself. You will not bring up Howard and His wife Maria Stark's death. No matter what. You dare and I will not hesitate to throw one of you out the window. Second you will not speak out of order. Once Tony pick's one of you then you can ask something. Other than that you will not say a word. And FYI everyone, Bucky is not a killer and I know that for a fact and whether or not you freaking take your heads out of your assess and realize, that is your choice not mine. Just know I don't take hate kindly to my fellow teammates and I promise you this you wouldn't recognize me angry. So don't piss me off." He let go of the man angrily before walking back onto the stage and sitting on the floor legs crossed. The people seems to have taken the hint and shut up. Tony gave Peter a reassuring smile who just nodded at him.

"Black shirt Adidas brand, what's your question?"

"Jack from the Daily budge. Will the Winter Soldier pay for his crimes and will Spider-Man now be known as a menace for standing up for a killer." Peter growled at him causing the man to flinch. It wasn't a playful growl it sounded animal like and terrifying.

"No Bucky will not pay for any crimes because we have enough evidence to back up how it was not really Bucky who committed these crimes. And no Spider-Man will not be known as a menace for standing up for his TEAMMATE" Tony said emphasizing Teammate. Peter smirked under his mask as he saw the man's smug smirk fall off. The next half hour went by with no one saying anything stupid before some idiot had to ruin it.

"We all know the winter soldier has committed many crimes but what if he snaps and goes on a killing spree? Will you put him down than or will you still keep him? "The man said with a big smirk. Peter stood up quickly and glared daggers at the man.
