All aboard

After a phone call to Ozpin Lily explained just about everything to Jade. From the Maidens, to magic to Salem and he was having a hard time handling it all.

Jade: This is all so sudden...

He leaned on a wall.

Lily: remember, you can't tell anyone about any of this.

Jade: yeah... I understand... I'll be back up there in a few minutes.

Lily put her hand on his shoulder.

Lily: if you got anything you want to ask. You know where to find me.

She walked away and went back into the building.

Jade: that was too much. But magic, really? I mean I can walk on walls so I guess I can't really say anything about that.

With a sigh, he takes his suit off and sat on the ground. He sits there for five minutes and then stood up.

Jade: it feels good to not be in that thing all day. But!

He stretches and put his suit back on.

Jade: I wonder if Pyrrha is awake?

Mina: miss your girlfriend?

Jade: yes.

He answered very quickly.

Mina: video call her then. I'm sure she awake.

Jade: I don't wanna seem clingy. We haven't been together that long...

Mina: Jade, take out your scroll.

He does so and looks at it.

Jade: oh I'm an idiot.

Mina starts a video call between him he struggles to keep his scroll in his hands as he dropped it. He catches it but it slips out again he continues to fumble it until he was actually able to hold it properly.

Mina: you know she picked up already.

Jade: damn it!

Pyrrha: are you okay?

His mask receded and he looks normal but feels like a dumbass.

Jade: Oh hey, what's happening Pyrrha?

Pyrrha: you feel dumb, don't you?

Jade: damn it!

She giggles.

Jade: oh, I've been out here all day and it's been nonstop fighting.

Pyrrha: I would imagine so. It's been an abandoned place for so long I would think it's infested with Grimm.

Jade: but it's nothing too hard. I did have an arrow shot at me but I'm not worried about it.

Pyrrha: an arrow? I'm sure bullets have a hard time getting through your suit. who still uses arrows?

Jade: but what are you about to do?

Pyrrha: oh, just about to take a shower. Would you like a peek?

He went from a plain face to an embarrassed one in a matter of seconds.

Jade: no! I'm not insulting you! I mean I wouldn't mind! But wait! I-

Pyrrha: Jade, calm down. It was just a little joke. I'd much rather do this in person than over a video call.

Jade: ah, yes, of course!

He looks away.

Pyrrha: I'll see you when you get back. I love you.

Jade: I love you too.
