Daizee was working out in the yard when she heard an engine approaching. She turned around and noticed the familiar old yellowish truck pull into the lot. She looked around for EZ and Angel, but didn't see them. Daizee set the mirror she had in her hands down and made her way over to the truck.

"Felipe?" She asked as he got out of the truck. He smiled at the girl and she gave him a sideways hug. "Everything okay?"

"Yeah. Have you seen my son?"

"I've seen both, which one are we talking about?" Daizee smiled and Felipe let out a laugh.

"Ezekiel." Felipe said.

"He's inside, I can go get. . ."

"What happened to your throat?" Felipe asked, noticing the small fingertip bruises.

"It's nothing." Her whole demeanor changed from the girl next door who would bring him homemade cookies, to the cold Marine who was not to share anything, "I'll go get your son."

Felipe nodded and watched her walk away. He shook his head and looked up at the blue California sky. He promised her dad he would watch out for her. His guess was that he never did want his daughter to join the Military as a Marine and then join a group of all men outlaw bikers.

"Forgive me, Sixto." Felipe whispered.

Daizee stayed in the clubhouse and EZ went out and joined his father in the lot. She tried to catch what the two were saying, but EZ kept looking around to see if anyone was watching. Whatever they were talking about, it was serious.

"Who ya stalkin?" Gilly said coming up behind the girl. Daizee turned and shut the curtains quickly.

"Nobody."

"Okay, Pipi Lockstocking." He said grabbing a hold of one of the french braids her brown hair was in, "Oh, and you seen Coco?"

"No. Said he had some family bullshit to deal with." Daizee responded and Gilly nodded.

Emily tried reaching out to Daizee one last time before they made the trip over the border. She called and called, and even had one of Nestor's guys go by her parents' house. But there was no answer. Emily sighed and continued on getting dressed and ready for their plan.

"Hey, you almost ready?" Miguel said walking into their bedroom.

"Huh? Oh yeah. . ., Have you reached out to your sister?" Emily asked, maybe he did and Daizee had already agreed to going.

"No, not since that night she was here. Why? Is she okay?" Miguel said getting nervous at the discussion of his sister.

"Oh yeah, I think she is, but. . ." Emily sighed, "I was thinking, it's her first time back in the States after some time, maybe she would like to come with us to the Fiesta."

"She can't. With her Military background, she can't just leave. Especially not now with her connection to the MC."

Emily shook her head. It was worth a try to ask. Emily told her husband it was okay and continued to get dressed. Miguel excused himself and walked out into the hallway. He pulled out his phone and dialed Daizee's number.

"You've reached Daizee Ortega, please leave a message."

"You need to check in hermana. Emily has this plan and I. . . please call me back soon."

Night had fallen and the MC were getting ready to head out towards Alice's place. They were all dressed in black, with Kevlar vests underneath their sweatshirts. Daizee and Coco had each inspected their rifles and made sure that they were ready to go. Daizee felt a huge weight on her shoulder, Bishop was trusting her with this. It would be her first big task with the MC, it could make or break how well her prospecting goes.
