Aria's pov:

The next morning i woke up to a sleeping Anna who had her arms around me. Removing her arms, i went ahead and got ready so as to not have an argument later for who to use the bathroom first.

I showered and got ready, then i woke Anna up not wanting to be late on a monday morning.

I went in the kitchen to make breakfast. I brewed some coffee and made an avocado toast.

After Anna got ready we went to the office.

We took the elevator and headed to our respective floors.

I went directly in my cabin, yeah i have my own cabin.

Opening the door i was greeted by a beautiful flower arrangement on my table of red roses.

I saw a card in it, confused, wondering why is it here. I read the card.

'I really don't know what to say but i sent you your favorite flowers to mark the new beginings.'

I blushed and my heart swelled with happiness as he remembered that i told him my favorite flowers.

At the end of the card he wrote his phone number.

I smiled and save his number in my phone. I placed the flowers on the nearby side table and decided to text him.

'Hi Aria here, just wanted to thank you for the beautiful flowers.🌝'

I then started my work.

After a few minutes my phone ringed indicating a new message.

I opened the the message and saw it is from Allesandro.

'I'm glad you liked it. By the way are you free for lunch?'

'Yeah.' I answered.

'If you want we can have lunch together?'

He wants to take me to lunch?

No dumbass he wants to take joseph to lunch.

I rolled my eyes at my inner thoughts and texted a 'sure' back.

'Great. I'll meet you in the parking lot at 13.00'

'Ok see you later.' I texted back and resumed my work.

I glanced at my watch and it was 12.55.
Shitt!! I have to meet Allesandro.

I grabbed my bag and went down to the parking lot.

Arriving there i saw Allesandro casually leaning on his car and twirling his car keys around his fingers.

Damn he looks so hot right now!!

Shut it Aria get your head out of the gutter!

I went towards him and once he saw me he straightened himself and smiled charmingly.

I smiled back at me and muttered a 'hi'.

"Shall we go?" He asked.

"Yeah." I said suddenly nervous.

He opened the door for me and i got in.

"So where are we going?" I question.

"Patience, cara soon you'll get to know." He answered sheepishly.

Shortly after, he pulled into the drive thru of KFC.

"Kfc?" I asked in pure exitement.

He chuckled and i tried to comport myself.(keyword tried).
