After their little adventure, the group drove to the Château, thinking that it was the best option to spend the night, since they wanted to discuss how they were going to sell the gold for cash.

John B also didn't think that Ward Cameron would like to have him covered in sewage walking around his house.

The events of the day and all the emotions left the group exhausted, so they quickly fell asleep. Pope and Kiara sharing the pull out, which made Brizo laugh at Pope's excitement.

John B and Sarah were obviously sleeping in his room, and JJ and Brizo shared Bee's bed.

She took a quick shower and put on her long shirt. Before walking to her room, she took a look at Pope and Kiara. There was a huge space between them and she sighed. Pope, you had a really good chance, man. She thought.

Brizo closed the door of her room behind her and lay on her bed beside JJ. He felt her weight on the matress and opened his eyes.

"Sorry" She apologized.

"Come here" He whispered, wrapping his arms around her and pulling her close.

"JJ" She whispered.

"Hm?"

"You were right"

"I'm always right" He whispered as if it was obvious.

"I mean with the gold" Brizo chuckled. "It was never on the Merchant" She rolled over so she could face him.

"I was right" He smirked making her laugh softly. "How are you feeling? Like, with your dad and all..."

"I'm fine, really. Finding the gold... It makes me feel him close to me. And I feel like we've made him proud, you know?" She smiled.

"I'm sure he's proud of you, Bee" He smiled.

JJ looked at the girl beside him. He had known her since they were about eight years old, and he knew from the first moment that he laid his eyes on her that she was special. He remembered the day he met her, how she explained to him that her name was a goddess' name.

He was too little then, but he was now sure that she, in fact, was a goddess.

When they turned thirteen, he started to realize that what he felt for the girl was more than just a friendship. It was one of those things you see on TV - two kids, growing up together that are so close that if you break them apart they don't know how to carry on. That's how it had always been for them.

Brizo always joined him in his bad ideas, usually to get him out of trouble, but still, they did everything together. She laughed at his jokes, even the dirty ones when they got older - she liked the same movies and music... except maybe her weird One Direction phase. But they didn't talk about it.
