Before You... Do It

I sat nervously on the tiny bed that wicked had given me as the door opened to Janson and his security

"With me, Now" He orders so I did as I was told getting up and following him down the long unending corridors with the security around me as we headed down the corridor till we reached the airlocked door, he scanned his hand and opened the door the security pushed me inside with him the door locking behind me, the airlock sprayed us with something I wasn't sure what. the other door then opened leading us to a lab like room with cells around all sides. In each of the Cells was a crank in various states, He leads me along the room passing each of the cells often the cranks trying to get at us but remained by chains or the glass of there cells. "Here he is" He says making me stop in front of a Cell, I didn't want to look I couldn't bear to see him this way "Look at him y/n" he warned

"I don't want too" I admit trying not to cry

"Look!" he ordered forcing my face to the cell.

He kneeled on the floor of the cell, his arms chained behind him, his head down, his loose-fitting wicked issue clothes covered in black bile and blood, his hair fallen covering his face.

I felt tears welling up in my eyes to see him this way

"Wake him up" Janson ordered and the security nodded pressing a button that sent electronic volts though the chains shocking him making him scream in pain "A5 You have a visitor" his head picking up to the glass snarling and biting, fighting his chains. His skin littered with blue and black veins protruding from his skin the inside of his mouth turned black his lips blue, His eyes black and rage on his face as if the chains prevented him through attacking everyone in the room. "Are you happy with your choice?" He asks

"... even after everything, I don't regret any of it," I said

"Any of it? even if its all your fault?" he says "We can't keep him any longer, he's turned"

"You promised me you'd keep him safe until you found a cure"

"Well I lied," he says "We can't keep him and your the one who needs to get rid of him," he says

"Why me?"

"Because you're the one who wanted to go with them," He says "now you pay the price" He says going to fix something on a table

"I wanted to go with them, Becuase I believed them, and I still do. You may not like it but I would do it all again. Becuase if I hadn't I would never have left this place, I wouldn't be the woman I am now"

"Your a girl!" He yelled "Your my little girl"

"No.. and I don't think I ever really was, I was never your little girl I was just a girl who belonged to you" I explain "So when I found a way out I took it, I had to find my own way in the world" I explain "I had my own life, I made friends you didn't pick for me, I had experiences outside of this building, I became a mother..."

"You are never getting out of my sight again" He says

"if I hadn't I wouldn't have Marie"

"You could have I could have arranged it for you"

"you could but It wouldn't be Marie"

"Well then my granddaughter is half Crank" He sighed handing me a gun "He needs to go... you brought him here to us remember, now he needs to go. He's not Maries father anymore, he's not your boyfriend, He's a crank and he needs to die" He says unlocking the cell

He began growling, biting and snarling at me I took the gun and stepped inside he tried desperately to break the chains to attack me

"Hi Honey...." I said as the cell closed again "Hi Newt," I said a little afraid of him "I need to talk to you honey"

He didn't respond only growling and biting towards me

"I know I promised to keep you safe but... there's nothing else they can do for you know, I wish I had another choice. Marie's Okay, she misses you, she just starting to talk, she keeps asking where her daddy is" I said starting to cry "I know she's going to miss you, But we both knew it was a risk coming back here"

"M-Marie?" He asked his eyes slowly clearning a little "Where's marie?"

"She's In bed newt,"

"Why can't I see her?"

"because... Its not safe for her Newt, We don't know if she's immune or not, you could get her sick"

"Please y/n... Let me see her"

"You know I can't newt"

"Your Here to kill me.... arent you?"

"Im sorry newt...

"It's okay, you have to do what's best, for Marie"

"I still love you"

"I love you too," He smiled to me "Could I have a kiss? before you... do it"

"Of course Newt" I smiled going over to him giving his lips a gentle kiss even though everything he still kissed the same he still felt like my husband, the father of our child and the love of my life. He moved away and bit me "AHHHHH!" I screamed in pain "Newt how could you? you bite me!"

he began to get angry again and snarling at me

"Enough of this!" janson yelled coming in and he fired a loud shot and next thing I knew he was dragging me away and covered in blood "Go back to your room, Marie needs feeding" Janson ordered pushing me away...
