Olivia's P.O.V
"Ar I need to talk with you!" I heard Laura's voice as I looked up at her from my breakfast.
"Yep?" I asked casually as she and James shared a look.
"We've noticed that you have been lately... down. That day in college too it seemed like something happened. Is something going on?" Laura asked concerned as my breath hitched in my throat.
I couldn't tell them Aiden had stolen my diary, it would just cause some serious drama uncalled for.
"Nothing great. Just worried about all I missed because I had to take holidays because of my stupid accident." I shrugged as I glared at my bandaged left arm.
They looked skeptical but kept quiet as they nodded nonetheless.
"Well you can go back today at least! Isn't that good news?" James said trying to lighten the mood.
I smiled in agreement whereas I was not at all convinced on the inside. I was excited as well as dreading my day today, both because of that one person.
My phone buzzed as I picked it up, peaking both of their interests. I narrowed my eyes at them as I hid it from their prying eyes, causing James to groan as Laura huffed at me.
It was a text message from Noah. I slid it open as I read it,
Noah: Hey! How are you? You haven't been coming to college so we have been missing you badly :)
Me: Yo! I am coming today...
Noah: U ARE?! Oh wow! Great! Btw, I have to show you something great! I planned on showing you at your house but since you are coming then I can show you there only! Don't be late!
Me: What are you going to show me???
Noah: ................. SURPRISE.
Me: I hate surprises.
Noah: Huh, don't be a wimp! Nobody hates surprises, just wait ;)
Me: Ugh fine but if it is something really stupid then I won't think twice before kicking your ass!
Noah: Ooooh I am scared! Fine, let's see!
Noah: P.S. I was not being sarcastic, I really am scared...
I laughed at his last message as Laura and James eyed me skeptically. I cleared my throat as I finished my breakfast and grabbed my bag, heading out as I wished them goodbye.
But to be honest I was actually excited about the surprise.

I made my way to my locker, all thoughts swirling inside my head.
What was it that Noah was so excited about?
How am I actually supposed to act around Aiden?
What if I bump into him?
What if someone starts giving me shit about that incident?
What if someone understood what was written?
What if-
"BOO!" Someone screamed in my ear as shrieked out, kicking the person behind me as I heard Noah groan.
Wait, Noah?!
"Noah?! Oh my gosh I am so sorry about that I didn't know, it is just my reflex instincts! What were you doing anyways?" I babbled as he winced in pain as held his leg, probably where I kicked him.
