I was about to lift my hand to shield my eyes from the sun when he removed his cap and put it on my head.

Kinagat ko ang ibabang labi ko. "You didn't have to, but thanks..."

I could only see the glimpse of his side profile; and because I was wearing his cap, I could only look at his smiling lips for a bit longer.

When the stoplight turned red, he tugged the sleeve of my jacket as we crossed the road. Napapangisi, bumaba ang tingin ko roon. Ano ako, bata?

"I thought we're gonna use your car..." mabilis kong tinikom ang bibig ko nang balingan niya ako ng nakataas ang kilay.

"Commuting is fine. Sorry, I didn't mean it that way," agap ko.

He looked so serious and it bothered me. I should've just closed my mouth.

"Olga, why do you think I went out of the hotel looking like this? Why did we act like a couple? Hmm?"

"To get rid of your bodyguards, so you could go out alone..." hula ko.

"Exactly. I want to enjoy my freedom without being watched by those people. They'd treat me as if I was fucking made of glass and I don't like that. I just want to be normal even just for awhile," he replied, gentleness crossing his eyes.

I nodded as I smiled at him apologetically. "I understand. Just forget what I said."

We had to stand up in the middle dahil puno na 'yung bus.

"You didn't have to, but thank you," panggagaya niya.

"Thank you," he mouthed and smiled sincerely at me.

Amusement was etched on my face as I stared at the man in front of me. I know there's a stereotype about the rich people—especially for a billionaire like him. I just couldn't believe that we're riding a bus right now and he's counting his peso coins like he's already used to it. He even ditched his bodyguards.

I looked away and smiled secretly. I admit, I like this side of him. He seemed so untouchable when he's wearing a suit. But with a casual getup like that, he's just like me and anybody else. He's really one of a kind...

"Concert o basketball?" I asked him back.

Tito Boy, pasok!

"Basketball." He proudly showed me the two tickets. "First game ngayon ng PBA Governor's Cup Finals. I want to watch it before I leave the country."

I nodded my head slowly.
