Chapter 12:Some Heartaches

Chaeyeon's pov

My manager dropped me at home and I couldn't wait to see my family, i was greeted by Shuxin the moment i got out of the car and i couldn't be more happier. I haven't seen her in long time though it's just few weeks I had missed my sister alredy.

"Tong Tong!!", she called running towards me

"Slow down", i said laughing and opening my arms to hug her

"I missed you"

"I know, i missed you too", i said chuckling

"Come, let's go inside. I want to hear more about your experience in Korea", she said pulling me by my arm

"Mmh"

We walked inside and my dad hugged me first and then my mom

"You have lost lot of weight", my dad said looking at me

"Didn't you notice it that day you came at the show?"

"No, i was to happy to notice it"

"I have been dancing a lot throughout the competition that's why I lost some weight"

"Oh"

"So when are you going back?", my mom asked

"Next week, so I will be moving to the new dorm with the rest of the girls them star our promotions"

"Do you know what this calls for?", Shuxin asked looking at me and then mom before they both smiled

"What?", my dad and I asked at the same time confused

"Shopping!!", they responded together at the same time

"Really", dad and I looked at each other and rolled our eyes

"Yeah, you will be making lot of public appearance so you must look best

"Yeah, yeah I know"

"Oh and you have to visit Dr Chou tomorrow, i booked appointment for you and mom and dad have been busy lately", Shuxin said chunking food in her mouth

"My dear Shuxin aren't you such a reliable adorable sister? Thank you. Will you come with me?", i asked giving her puppy eyes

"We will go together so that you can do a full body check up to see if you are still in safe zone. Also braces, do you still want to put them on?", my dad asked

"Mmh", i answered dispirited

"Why sad, it's just check up only. It's not like we are going to prick you with injections", Shuxin said brightening the mood

"Shuxin!! Can we talk less about needles", i said warningly and our parents laughed

"Oh and i almost forgot? I learnt knew recipes, should we try cooking them tomorrow?", i asked feeling proud

"Why not", my mom responded

Honeslty apart for dancing and eating, i love cooking. It's just fun and relaxing, but i think it's because i love to eat too much. I sent Shuang and Lusi texts telling them I'm back and went to Shuxin's room after.

"Shuxin?"

"Hmm"

"Do you know i saw someone who look exactly like me? She was just an older version of me and i was her younger version. Do you think we might be related?"
