Rashad, Kierra, and I stayed on the phone for hours before we decided to go to go our separate ways.
When I did finally make it to the bed, the clock read 3:00 AM.
The bed felt extra empty and cold now. Once you get used to sleeping next to the same person for two years and some change, sleeping alone becomes the hardest thing in the world.
At this point he'd been out for at least 4 hours, too long for me.

Immediately I released a sigh of relief at his message.
I can be a man and admit I was clingy, but in this situation I think it was justified. Seeing as of who we was with, where they were at, and how late it was getting. I had every right to want him home.
"Yo," I spoke up, causing every body in the section to look up at me.
"I'm finna head out." I stood up, snuffing out the blunt.
"Pass yo curfew bro?" Devon chuckled.
I flipped him off before dapping everybody up and saying my goodbyes.
I exited the club from the back exit to avoid having to squeeze through a bunch of sweaty, crossfaded ass people.
It was damn near pitch black outside, and I didn't really park close since there weren't any open spots.
I shook my head at my luck and began walking, stuffing my hands in my pockets so the fall air couldn't nip at them.
Suddenly a car sped past me, causing me to snap my head in its direction.
