"Felix?"

"Over here!"

A tad curious, Mingi followed the sound of Felix's voice through the rows of flowers before he eventually reached one of the tallest trees in the gardens, under which Felix was currently seated. His back was turned to Mingi, so the Prince couldn't really see what he was busying himself with.

"What are you doing?" he asked, curious.

Felix glanced back at him with an excited smile. "Wooyoung taught me how to make flower crowns, look!"

Flower stems, colorful petals and small vines were all scattered in the grass in front of him, along with a few flower crowns Mingi instantly recognized as Wooyoung's, since his brother's handiwork was always quite recognizable. But in Felix's hand was another crown, not as well made in terms in technique, a bit on the loose side, but undoubtedly just as pretty, if not more.

"Looks perfect," he chuckled, sitting down next to him. "Can I try it on?"

Felix's smile only widened, and he gingerly placed the delicate crown on top of Mingi's head. The shade of the flowers he'd used to make it matched his casual wear, and Mingi's heart grew warm as he matched Felix's smile with his own. Then, without warning, he jumped to his feet.

"I like it too much, so I'm keeping it!"

Felix's eyes instantly widened in horror. "What—no! You can't wear that, it looks horrible! Let me make a better one for you—"

"No, this one's perfect."

"Mingi!"

The playful Prince grinned as he easily swerved out of Felix's way when the younger attempted to pounce on him in order to take the crown back. He couldn't help but laugh as Felix chased after him, the two of them running in circles for a bit before Felix eventually gave up, plopping on the ground with a pout as he crossed his arms.

"You're too tall," he huffed. "Even if I catch you, I wouldn't be able to reach it."

Mingi laughed again, crouching beside him with a grin. "It's okay, Lix. You looked cute trying, anyway."

Red instantly spread over his freckled cheeks and Felix promptly averted his eyes, making Mingi laugh again. It was incredibly easy to tease the younger, and there was no denying Mingi quite enjoyed making him blush like that.

"I do really like," he then admitted, honest. "But if you really don't want me to wear it..."

"It- it's not that. It's just—it doesn't look as good as I'd hoped, is all. You can- you can keep it if you really like it, though."

Mingi's grin widened as he gently patted Felix's head. "I will, then. Plus, practice makes perfect, you know? So I'll wear every single one you make until you're finally satisfied."

Felix couldn't help but chuckle at that. "Then I'll make the ugliest one I can manage, using only brambles and nettles."

"Then I'll have the Court Physician prepare some ointment for the both of us, because there's no doubt in my mind that your fingers will hurt just as much as my head."

That finally earned a laugh from the younger, and he shoved Mingi without strength, just to tease. Still, Mingi made a show of collapsing with a groan, dramatically flailing on the ground as he cried out.
