Jimin took his place at the podium, his body looked calm, he had forced himself to appear that way. Though he was worried his voice would betray his true feelings.
"So you admit to faking your true subgender, deceiving your co workers and your idol group" The Judge inquired.
"Yes your honor. I disguised my true nature otherwise I would never have been able to get a job to support myself. Your honor I don't want to live off my parents money all my life till someone else comes along and takes that role. I want to do it myself" Jimin spoke truthfully.
"But in doing so you have broken a sacred law. Omega's are too fragile to work." The Judge dismissed Jimin's earnest words.
"But have I not worked though your honor?" Jimin asked, drawing the elderly Alpha's attention back to him.
"You were hospitalised for 3 months only a few days ago" the Judge said clearly unimpressed.
"Through no fault of my own. My injuries were from a house fire. Not from me working. I have stood on a stage, I have performed, I have trained as hard as any Alpha or Beta. Does it look like I have fallen apart in anyway, Omega's are not weak and fragile, you only wanted us to be" Jimin stated, voice raising alittle due to passion.
The Judge said nothing, but Jimin could feel his dark eyes trailing over his body, as if assessing Jimin was correct in his statement.
"We know your deception came from your use of suppressants, an illegal substance for Omegas as it messes with your hormones. We know your family doctor Jeayong Kim provided them to you" the Judge continued.
Jimin's eyes widened alittle, he never wanted Jaeyong to get into trouble for his choices. When he looked around he saw Jaeyong in the crowd, his heart went out to the Beta, he could see his angel white wings shaking alittle.
"Please sir, I took the suppressants of my own choice, none of it was Jaeyong's fault" Jimin pleaded.
"That is where you are wrong Mr Park. Jaeyong was the one that fabricated your certificate to say that you were a Beta when you presented, and providing Omegas with suppressants is illegal and can result in the loss of his Doctors license" The Judge informed him.
Jimin looked to Jaeyong in horror, he didn't realise, everytime Jaeyong had provided him with the suppressants he had risked everything he had worked towards. Years of study and dedication for Jimin to achieve his own dream.
Jaeyong had turned an ashy grey colour in the face. His head dipped, there might have been tears in his eyes but Jimin couldn't tell from the distance he was at.
