Christmas break! How exciting! Sure, I'll be a lonely loser, but at least I can be a lonely loser who doesn't have to do homework or sit through boring lessons!

I grabbed the tape and finished up wrapping Jieun's gift, even though I could've procrastinated on doing so. We promised to give each other our gifts sometime after Christmas, but there's no harm in crossing off items on my To-Do list early (and I have nothing better to do with my time anyways). I'm not sure when Hyunjin and I are exchanging gifts because we never discussed it, but I'm assuming it'll also be sometime after Christmas as well.

I'm a little saddened that I'll be celebrating this day without a boyfriend. I was actually really excited to do so. We could've done cute couple stuff like watching Christmas movies together or drinking hot chocolate by the fireplace. Instead, I'll be a lonely single lady who's going to eat her feelings away, most likely with some Christmas appropriate Skip the Dishes meals.

There were exactly 3 days until Christmas. What should I do in my spare time?

I decided to bus to the mall nearby and people watch. Yeah, I know--I am a loser, but watching people fight over something as simple as candles on sale is very interesting to me. Sipping on boba, watching strangers fight... what a life I have.

I watched people from the bench I was sitting on, when I saw a familiar head of dead blond hair walking around with an also familiar boy.

Heeyoung? Minho?

Seeing him with her only a week or a bit more after we broke up hurt, but what did I expect? He cheated. He's a disgusting cheater who probably just wanted me for sex, which luckily I never granted him with. He made me feel like shit and even just the thought of him sparks the same emotions. I saw him lean over and kiss her, to which she giggled at. My eyes teared up at the sight as I just sadly sipped on my bubble tea.

"Mimi?"

I started choking on a piece of tapioca at the sound of my own name. I quickly spun around to look at who it was.

"C-Chan?" I said through coughs.

I started to blush remembering how much of a loser I probably look like sitting here all alone... watching my ex-boyfriend. WAIT--JESUS, THAT PROBABLY LOOKS SO BAD! HE PROBABLY THINKS I'M A STALKER! HE'LL DEFINITELY TELL MINHO TOO IF HE REALIZED I WAS JUST LOOKING AT HIM!

"What are you doing?" he said and looked up at my prior line of sight. "Oh, I see."

I gulped. "No, no! It's not what it looks like! I was just sitting here and Minho randomly ended up walking in front of me!"

Wow, for the truth, that did not sound so truthful.

"Um, sure. But, uh... if you were doing what it looks like, I wouldn't judge you too hard. Minho and you left off on awful terms, I'd understand why you're acting like this since you never had any closure."

I rubbed my hands over my face, frustrated. "Nooo! I swear, I would never!"

He shrugged and sat down beside me. "Oh, okay. Then what were you doing?"

"Uhh..."

Well I can't tell him I was people watching, praying for some fights to happen.

"I was just... taking a break since I was walking for so long."

"But the mall only opened thirty minutes ago."

"...I am severely out of shape," I said and stretched.
