When difficulties and hardships arise in our lives, some of us ask ourselves, "Why me?", "Why do I always have to suffer?" Such statements are false and very dangerous because they can lead to disbelief (may Allah protect us from that). With such statements, it is as if we are indirectly accusing Allah of injustice (أعوذ بالله). It is okay to experience and feel sadness, but one should do so with patience and ask Allah for help, but one should never ask for Allah's predestination!

"Then did you think that We created you uselessly and that to Us you would not be returned?" So exalted is Allah, the Sovereign, the Truth; there is no deity except Him, Lord of the Noble Throne."

Sura al-Muminun verse 115-116

Remember that Allah Almighty has a plan for each of us, and each of us has our share of joys and sorrows in this world. This is the world, not paradise. It is a place where the earthly world is destined for suffering, so everyone is destined to suffer hardships. But even here it is possible to find inner peace and tranquility by maintaining a strong connection with the Creator.
